Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis!

A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The house is situated in a tranquil and safe neighborhood with mini markets, grocery stores, banks and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes’ walk to Acropolis temple, museum and famous Plaka! The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. Easy to park your car exactly outside the house. The house is located at a very safe and quiet neighborhood. You will be able to relax,rest and enjoy your holidays!

The all marble bathroom with two ways of shower will complete the feel of relaxation. Enjoy the poetic view of the city dominated by Lycabettus hill from the patio in front of the house as you comfortably sit at the dining marble table with pliant chairs. The small path at the right of the house will guide you to the back yard where you can relax at the deck chairs under the old Arbutus tree. In the "Evelina" apartment, we have given emphasis on the details, the aesthetics and the suitability of the spaces for the comfort of our guests. The apartment has an open living room with dining area and a kitchen with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The use is free in its entirety, with access to all rooms that are on the same level and satisfies the needs of a couple or a family of five people, is also safe for children. We are available to offer the best service to our guests. The quality of our services, cleanliness, comfort and aesthetics are the main features of our hospitality. This modern residential area is often featured in lifestyle guides for its excellent restaurants, taverns, cafes, and bars. It's a short drive to some of the best beaches of Attica, and walking distance from Metro station. The apartment is near the metro station Argyroupoli (line M2) just a 3-4 minute walking. The ideal location of a house without the need to use a car. However a parking space is available in front of the house upon request. The parking space is available in front of the House, except Saturdays from 5:00 to 15:30, February 2 and for four months, as the entrance and exit from our street will be closed do to Market Stall that is taking place on Agias Varvaras Street. Alternatively, if you want to move on Saturday morning you have the possibility to park (ideally in the afternoon) of Friday in the surrounding streets.

Unique Acropolis view house

Perhaps the last forgotten paradise in Athens, located on the Agios Ioannis hilltop , you will find the house of Giannis which is waiting to welcome you as our guests. The house is situated very close to the following metro stations Neos Kosmos (5minutes walkdistance but steep hill unfortunately) , Agios Ioannis metro and Tram(10 min walkdistance ) a little bit of a climb towards the top of hill but well worth the stunning view you will encounter upon arrival which will take your breath away.
