Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South America

Mateo was so welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. The apartment was in a great location and we loved everything about our stay. We hope to return again soon!

Estimado equipo de Airbnb, Quería compartir con ustedes mi experiencia durante mi estadía en su propiedad del 23 al 27 de mayo. En general, todo estaba muy limpio y organizado, lo cual aprecio mucho. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes que me gustaría mencionar para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes: 1. Tuve que contactar al anfitrión para solicitar bolsas de basura, lo cual podría haberse prevenido dejando varias bolsas accesibles para su uso. 2. Sería útil tener toallas extra disponibles, para facilitar el cambio sin tener que solicitarlo. 3. Noté que la parte de arriba del lavabo del baño tiene un problema de que estánca el agua se y dificulta el uso, especialmente al ordenar mi bolsita de maquillaje ya que se mojo toda😭 Agradezco su atención a estos detalles y espero que puedan considerarlos para mejorar la experiencia de los próximos huéspedes. Excelente apartamento! Valió totalmente la pena !! Las vistas son espectaculares, el apartamento tiene DE TODO. Todo lo que precisábamos lo tenía. Nos sentimos como en casa🫶🏼 Es precioso Sin duda volveremos.

Great view and beautiful place to stay!

This place was great for my partner and I. We both work online and it had enough spaces for us to comfortably work in different areas of the apartment.

Grande estadia. Uma vista deslumbrante num lugar muito bacana pra passear. Tive imprevistos na estadia e a resposta dos anfitriões mostrou como eles são preocupados em oferecer um bom serviço. Recomendei para meus amigos e voltaria a me hospedar com eles.

Viviane foi muito gentil e ágil na comunicação e mantém a casa com o mesmo padrão de infraestrutura desde março de 2023, quando estive pela primeira vez. Todos os meus familiares e amigos que estiveram comigo nesta estadia e na anterior adoraram o aconchego da casa, a decoração e o estilo arquitetônico dela. Acomoda muito bem uma família pequena. We've been fortunate to stay in some nice properties, but this easily stood out as the most amazing place we've been. The house is incredible, the concierge (Fabian) was very helpful, the (daily) cleaning staff was top notch and the views were remarkable. The place looks even better in person than the (impressive) pictures on the site. Being high up meant not only a great view of the landscape but also wildlife. We regularly saw macaws, toucans and squirrel monkeys, who jumped through the trees (one tree only 15 feet or so from the pool/deck) two evenings while we were there. It was an incredible experience all the way around.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we actually changed our travel dates based on the times it was available...it's that nice. The view is probably the best in Playas del Coco and the property is super-private. The second bedroom is secluded at the end of the house with it's own entrances so people staying with you will have their own privacy. The house is walking distance to town and the beach but because it is at the top of a hill, the climb could be a challenge for some people. But it is a cheap taxi ride from the beach so really not an issue. Jeannyna is great with communication regarding instructions and house policy and she responds quickly if you have any issues. There is not a bad thing that I can say about this property and we will stay hear again and again.

I’ve had to take some time to fully articulate the experience we had. To put it simply, the photos do not do the home justice. The staff is just amazing. We had never been to Montezuma, and, what an amazing town. We had been to Costa Rica before, and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with people you trust, do yourself a favor and stay here. The home speaks for itself. It’s such a special place. Skip the popular & tourist towns and visit here. Amazing.

Sophie’s place was beautiful and relaxing- exactly what we were looking for. She provided lots of information with recommendations available for reference in the room, and offered extra services that were simple to schedule and made for an inspiring and supported vacation. We are planning to come back with our kids. Also, we saw so many monkeys which was very special and memorable. We will be back!

Don't think twice... book this stay! The outdoor space is gorgeous, peaceful, and very private. Inside was very clean and had everything we needed. Brett, the host, was very responsive, kind, and flexible with our check in/check out times. I'm so glad I booked this home. It made our vacation magical!

Everything was great! The hosts were great communicating and checking in on us throughout our stay. They also gave us a ton of reccomendations. The location is amazing for exploring the town and different restaurants/beach clubs. It is within walking distance to a ton of places. Its right in the center of the island as well so its super quick driving to any side of the island etc. The only recommendation I have is to get some good bug spray. You want to leave the doors/windows open for airflow and the mosquito's were really bad when we went (which I have that issue in general, they just eat me up, my husband didn't get bit too badly) but I would reccomend getting some sort of mosquito repellent or bug catcher bags etc. to place in the house. The bedroom has the A/C unit, we were very comfortable sleeping at night. It was a great experience overall!! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more local feel/vibe for your stay!

Nice home me and my husband enjoyed our stay, our host Jeanne is very friendly and responsive , shared a lot of great nearby markets and access to uber. Easy and quick access to vidigal beach, we enjoyed this beach the most it’s quieter and away from the busy beaches. We would definitely return to stay at this gem 💟

El alojamiento de Pablo fue lo máximo, primero, el monoambiente es MUY limpio y es hermoso, la vista hacia el Canal del Beagle es indescriptible. Los amaneceres que puedes ver desde el apartamento son increíbles, Pablo siempre fue claro con las instrucciones de check-in y check-out, respondió nuestros mensajes tan pronto le escribíamos e incluso nos guardó las maletas después del Check out. Fue muy ameno todo, el apartamento queda en una subida y mas o menos 3- 4 cuadras de la Av. San Martín pero la vista y la comodidad lo valen totalmente. Gracias Pablo por tu amabilidad y atención. Si regresamos alguna vez, esperamos hospedarnos aquí de nuevo.

This place was perfect! I came to Argentina for a month and - as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast - I was looking for a home where I could easily explore the area while cooking for 5-6 meals per day and working 9-5 from my computer remotely. I got exactly what I wanted. Fully functioning kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer in the basement of the building, two bathrooms, and a beautiful space that separates living area from sleeping area. I would absolutely stay here again. Furthermore, I probably WILL stay here again in the future, as it made it so easy for me to work from Buenos Aires like I was home.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt. Es entspricht genau den Bildern und erstreckt sich über drei Etagen, was ihm eine ganz besondere Raumwirkung verleiht. Die Lage im 13. Stock ist anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig – vor allem wegen der bodentiefen, komplett zu öffnenden Fenster – aber dafür wird man mit einem spektakulären Ausblick belohnt. Sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch das Wohnzimmer bieten beeindruckende Panoramablicke, die den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: In der Nähe verläuft eine stark befahrene Straße, deren Geräusche man durchaus wahrnimmt – besonders bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die Umgebung punktet mit einer hervorragenden Infrastruktur: In nur etwa 10 Gehminuten erreicht man das pulsierende Nachtleben mit einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack – sei es zum Essen oder für einen entspannten Drink am Abend.

i didn't get to meet jhonathon while i was there because he was out of the country. The people he hired were very friendly and helpfull. including Edar who is the gatekeeper and Luis who i think makes sure things get done. the landscaping is very well done and the pool is warmed by the sun to a very comfortable temp. i liked the pictures on the website but seeing it was better. Jaco is a tourist town but if you want to eat like the natives i recommend Garabito and Rustico.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! How could even the most curmudgeonly guest leave anything but a 5.0 for Carola and James’s lovely place? Beyond just spacious, sun-filled, conveniently close to the city, and immaculate, every single detail had been meticulously attended to. Fresh flowers. Fast wi-fi. Warm blankets. Sharp knives. Hot showers. Indigenous Ecuadorian artwork. And our hosts were equally wonderful: not just gracious and bilingual hosts, but also cultural ambassadors full of off-the-beaten track ideas, IT experts to help manage transportation, and genuinely kind human beings who would help anyone in need.
