Apartment holiday rentals in South America

Dear Airbnb team, I wanted to share with you my experience during my stay at your property from May 23 to 27. In general, everything was very clean and organized, which I really appreciate. However, there were some drawbacks that I would like to mention to improve the experience of future guests: 1. I had to contact the host to request trash bags, which could have been prevented by leaving several bags accessible for use. 2. It would be useful to have extra towels available, to facilitate the change without having to request it. 3. I noticed that the top of the bathroom sink has a problem with water stagnation, making it difficult to use, especially when organizing my makeup bag, as it gets all wet.😭 I appreciate your attention to these details and hope you can consider them to improve the experience of future guests. 1 night stay. I couldn't be more satisfied! The accommodation is extremely clean, it's something I look for and value a lot and Marcia surprised me. On Sunday, the surroundings are a bit desolate, but I didn't feel unsafe. Great for those arriving/leaving the SDU. I would come back more often!

We loved this location!!, right on Ipanema beach. everything was walking distance the location was great the apartment was really nice I would highly recommend it and we would visit it back again for sure thank you so much Pedro for the great stay. you have everything you need around you supermarkets pharmacies restaurants everything is walking distance.

Our Family loved every moment in this penthouse with an amazing sea view 🤩 We were impressed by every detail that the host organized on site literally you just need to take the bed linen because there's everything there. We want to go back already. OBS: I loved a wall of errands in the corridor,my Belinha left a little note there reporting it was wonderful our stay at the Site super recommend 😍😍😍

This place was amazing!

The apartment was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The view from the place is amazing, even though during this time of year it tends to be foggy, so we didn’t get to see the sunsets. Still, the atmosphere and location were perfect. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to everything—shops, restaurants, parks, and the ocean. It made getting around very easy and enjoyable. Our host, Mateo, was fantastic—super responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. He made check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lima.

I loved it! Everything was very well equipped, it had what was necessary and even more. In addition, Mr. Adrian was always very attentive to any need I had. 10/10 thank you very much.

We had a great time! Its a beautiful place, nicely decorated, very peaceful and an awesome swimmingpool!! We got welcomed by monckeys and Toecans and Motmots. The hosts are quick in responding and very polite (they even give us heads up if there were monkeys around). We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked it for a longer time. I rated my experience here 5 star because of the host/staff. Very commutative and accommodating. The loft well this Old Girl is getting a little long in the tooth. Everything works but it needs an update or refresh. I think that would make it more comfortable and modern.

The place is comfy, clean and clutter free, in a central location and very convenient access to the port - walking distance! The hosts are everything you would dream of a host: responsive, friendly, accommodating. We had a great time!

An unforgettable experience! The view is simply breathtaking, especially in the late afternoon, when the mist descends from the mountains and covers everything around, creating the magical feeling of being in the clouds. The chalet is carefully prepared to offer the comfort and hospitality worthy of a high-end hotel. The entire team, and especially the host, are to be congratulated for their attention, dedication and care in every detail.

Daniel's home was a dream. His place is amazing!! Daniel's home is located near so many beautiful sites and restaurants. This stay was special. My first time in Cartagena was made perfect thanks to Daniel and his awesome accommodations!!!

My time in Costa Rica was great but what made it the best experience was my Airbnb with Leidy she was absolutely amazing the entire way and very helpful and communicative. I can’t wait to stay at her property again. Definitely worth it. The place was beautiful and clean and it made me forget all about my own home 😂

Sandra’s place is awesome ,, very safe and the whole stuff is always looking for the safety of all the guest in the building ,,, Energy building definitely is my first choice from now on ,,, place where you stay comfortably as longest that you comply with the rules and common decency of the place without being restricted, really felt like home
