We stayed as a group of three friends who were reuniting after college and this was the most perfect day staycation we could imagine, the place was beautiful and the host Manoj uncle was so accommodating that we felt completely at home, this was by far my most beautiful Airbnb experience. Great Stay in the heart of the city. Extremely responsive and proactive host in Subhas. Subhas sir was very friendly and went out of the way to receive us in very odd hours, and also allowed us to stay for more time. His knowledge about Calcutta and the culture and his local food knowledge is incomparable. OVerall great stay in Kolkata, and I highly recommend stay with Subha's sir's place

We were lucky to find out this gem in Kolkata and stayed here for three nights. A clean spacious & peaceful place at a pocket friendly price ! The hosts ( Soma Mam & her husband ) are welcoming in nature, kind & courteous. The numerous decorative pieces give the place a unique vibe. Hope to stay here again on our next visit to Kolkata !

I don't usually give reviews but Sreepriya's place definitely deserve one. This is our first time staying in an airbnb & this experience was beyond our expectations. The place really felt like home. Acc. to the price we never expected this much facilities. Uncle was there at the moment we arrived to guide our cab driver to home. The place was neat & clean. Sreepriya guided us via whtsapp msg to reach the place. The place is with owner's house but seperated via a door locked from both sides. This place also has seperate entrance so it felt like no one else lived there. There were fun board games to play with. Food delivery was also easy as swiggy,zomato was available. This place was really close to main road,so transport was not a problem. Overall we are really happy with the experience. Thanks for the welcome drinks. Would love to visit again someday. p.s.-The place is really safe for women which was our foremost concern. So any solo female traveller or groups can easily stay there.

One of the best Airbnb stays in Kolkata. House is in great condition with all the amenities mentioned. Quiet and safe neighborhood yet close to many restaurants, shopping and other things. Very easy to communicate with the hosts. Highly recommended. We will be back.

NICE PLACE TO STAY WITH GOOD CARETAKER....

Down to our last breath along our stay, it was very peaceful....very comfortable & remarkable stay, awesome ambiance and extremely helpful and kind host. Every amenities were clean, never felt like we are staying at an Airbnb, it felt more like home. Very open minded and always ready to help host with an awesome response time. Smooth check-in and check-out, very quite environment, well lit rooms and had many decors with ambient lightings too. Basically an awesome stay to take a breather away from the commotion of Kolkata's city life.

The place is very well planned out. The locality is also very calm. The home is surrounded by greenery, the rooms are clean and spacious. Would like to spend time again over here. It was great chatting with Pankaj.

Stayed at Christina's apartment for 5 nights. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated, matched every description and more. Every corner of this apartment was very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Christina, herself, is an excellent host, extremely understanding and helpful. We loved the place thoroughly. This is my second stay in this cozy, clean, and lovely apartment. Like before, I absolutely loved every thing about my stay. Rajasree is a gem of a human being and is mindful of all details. She served me freshly-made breakfast every day and also, though this was not a part of my stay, treated me to a delicious homecooked Bengali lunch, seasonal treats, and mutton biryani for dinner. The room is immaculate and met all my needs. As a single traveller, I felt safe and cared for. I definitely plan to return.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It’s located right on the main road, making communication very convenient. The rooms are beautifully furnished and well-decorated, offering a homely vibe. Special thanks to Debasish, the caretaker, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The host, Mr. Shuvajit, was very attentive and always responded promptly — we truly felt like we were staying at our own home. Drawbacks - during our 4-day stay, the other flats in the building were unoccupied, so we were the only ones staying in the entire 4-storied property, which felt a bit isolated. Also, since the apartment is on the top floor and we stayed in peak summer, the dining area and kitchen got unbearably hot during the day. & every time we ordered food or essentials from Swiggy/Blinkit, we had to go downstairs to the main gate to collect it, as the ground floor entrance needs to be locked from inside at all times. Overall, a great stay with just minor things to keep in mind (Sp. Summer).

I and my spouse stayed for 5 nights at Nilam's home stay on a personal visit. Though the main host Mrs.Nilam was away, her daughter Mrs Nandini took good care of us and was available at short notice. Place is peaceful and we had a wonderful stay. Mr Abhinish (son) was affectionate.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It's a new fully furnished flat with a smart TV, AC, Kitchen and balcony with a great view from top floor. Very well kept and has all necessary amenities. The gated community is very peaceful. What really made the experience stand out was the host...sorry...SuperHost Suman. The owner was a great guy friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. He made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Arun ji, our Host, a generous and true gentleman, always helped us from the time of our check in to check out. The location of the property is perfect and very near to park street. Just outside of the house, there are lots of restaurants. Finally, it's awesome.

Ravi is an amazing host and was very helpful and responded to all our calls. Mintu da was also very well mannered and made sure the guest feel completely at ease. The place was very well maintained and clean. The hosts make sure that all needs of the guests are taken care of and are true gentlemen. I highly recommend this place for families and solo travelers as it is close to many places of interest and local commute is very easy. I will surely book this place everytime I need a place to stay for a few days in Kolkata.

We stayed here as a small family with our 11-month-old baby, so cleanliness and nearby dining options were our top priorities—and this place definitely delivered. The home was well-maintained with regular cleaning assistance available. There are plenty of popular eateries within walking distance, including Mocambo, Kusum Rolls, Kasturi, Flurys, and 6 Ballygunge, among others. Many tourist spots are also easily accessible from the location. The host made a sincere effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and while the building has a manual lift, the friendly staff are always available to assist with it. You can also order from Swiggy or Zomato, and the helpful building staff member, Mr. Raju, kindly brings deliveries right to your door. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The location is excellent. The complete flat was properly cleaned.All essential facilities are available. Few more utensils like katories to be kept. The communication is very good. The lift is properly working. Overall it is very nice.

Swasti is a great host, very kind and very responsive, very understanding and very helpful. She has kept her house very nicely with a well stacked kitchen and fridge. The stay was wonderful, the amenities were nice, the location is good for people who want to explore Calcutta.. all in all we had a lovely stay.
