Holiday rentals with a pool in Sousse

Chaker's house is very beautiful, large, and spacious. chaker is a kind and cheerful person. He is good at dealing and communicating. From the moment the plane landed, he called me if we needed any help. It would be better if you rent a car so you could enjoy your vacation. The house is just like the pictures. The pool is large and beautiful, with all the amenities, from chairs and mattresses. The kitchen is spacious, with a table and chairs, and everything else is available. Restaurants are not far from the house, and all tourist resorts are close, about a 5 to 20-minute drive. also the big cities like Hargla,hamamet,sousse are close to drive I would thank you chaker so much for the good time and help provide wish to come back again

Nous avons passé un séjour familial exceptionnel à Sousse dans cette magnifique villa ! 🌴 La maison est parfaite pour accueillir une famille : spacieuse, propre, bien pensée, et la piscine privée a fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Chacun a pu trouver son espace, se reposer, s’amuser et profiter pleinement du cadre calme et agréable. Un immense merci à Hamdouch, notre hôte, pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son sens de l’accueil. Il a été présent sans être envahissant, toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions ou à nous conseiller sur la région. Un vrai plus qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus serein et agréable. C’est rare de se sentir aussi bien accueillis. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs en famille, et c’est sûr : nous reviendrons in chaa Allah. Je recommande cette villa les yeux fermés à toutes les familles qui cherchent confort, tranquillité et hospitalité à la tunisienne 🇹🇳✨

We have just come back from staying ten days at this lovely villa by the sea. The location is perfect.. open the patio doors and you are right on the beach . We arrived quite late at night. Latifa the maid was waiting for us with the keys and check in was very smooth. First impressions the next morning were a bit disappointing. The kitchen was not very clean and we saw that some of the fixtures and fittings were rusty and corroded. We gave it a good clean and set about to enjoy our holiday. Majid was excellent . We mentioned to him that the cleaning could have been better and he was very apologetic and said he would have a word with Latifa . We asked for Beach towels and he had very kindly left some for us. We also asked for a dish to use in the oven and one arrived the next day . He could not have been more helpful. The villa is very spacious. Comfortable beds, lashings of hot water and brilliant showers in all 3 bathrooms .Kitchen was well equipped.

Très bon logement , bien situé zone touristique . Maisonnette atypique cocooning et un grand plus pour la grande piscine (parait plus petite en photo) . Hôtes réactifs et disponibles et flexible , merci pour ce beau séjour à très vite ..

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

Die Kommunikation mit Zied war herausragend. Auch die Restaurantbesitzer in der Umgebung wussten einem direkt zu helfen. Der Pool stand leider noch nicht zur Verfügung, dafür aber ist der Strand wirklich nur 2min entfernt! Das Apartment vor allem das Bad war auf europäischen Standard - sehr sauber! Ich würde es wieder buchen 😊

2 semaines passées dans le logement fonctionnel de Amine qui s’est montré très réactif lorsque nécessaire. Super emplacement , proches de toutes commodités à pieds : piscines , plage , restaurants, market… Super logement pour 4 personnes , tous les équipements nécessaires sont déjà fournis en nombre important ( vaisselles, serviettes , épices pour cuisiner, papier toilette …) ; ce qui est bien pratique ! Encore merci pour ce super séjour 👌

Un séjour exceptionnel ! Slaheddine et son neveux sont très accueillants et extrêmement sympathiques. Le studio était propre et confortable, super bien équipé et l'emplacement était idéal. Vue sur mer et vue sur le lever du soleil, avec une belle terrasse. Je recommande vivement cette location Airbnb qui est une véritable pépite ! Une adresse que nous gardons bien précieusement ☺️

Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

On first arriving at the property it felt bigger than the photos on the listing but more dated and in need of a clean. That said it had probably been empty for a while before us. The location was amazing.. right on the beach. The apartment felt safe and secure. There was alot of maintenance going on outside the premises on the roadside but improvements are a good thing. The pool wasn't open as we went in May but it's a short walk to the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a few issues with the property due to the maintenance outside and the heating BUT... Rafik was amazing. He answered my messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to solve our issues and make our holiday enjoyable. We ended up having to move to another of Rafik's apartments at the other side of the harbour. It wasn't a problem and as we were in Tunisia for 18 nights we experienced a week at both sides.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have. Thanks dear Nejat for hosting us and hope to see you next time we visit our beloved city Sousse...All the best :)

The flat was excellent, cosy and very clean. Houcem was extremely helpful and friendly, and the view was absolutely wonderful. I definitely recommend this flat!
