I had a great time at this apartment in Sousse. The apartment was spotless, very clean, well maintained and as described, and also of very good standing. It is conveniently located to enjoy the city. The residence is quiet and secure, with a parking space always available, which is a real plus. The host was particularly welcoming and attentive, and his father was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it. It was my great fortune to have chosen this place to stay. It was 7 to 8 minutes by taxi to Medina or Louage bus terminal, and it did not exceed 4 to 5 TND (dinars). I stayed here for 8 days and took the Van called Louage to Kairouan, which is an hour away, and El Djem went. Monastir, which takes less than 30 minutes, has been there twice. The facilities were also perfect. The cleanliness and cleaning conditions were perfect, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen were all useful and spacious. There were a total of 3 beds, all of which were large beds close to king size, and the beds were as comfortable as home. Two of us, a couple, stayed here, but it was a space and facility that was enough for 6 people to stay. The kitchen utensils were also very well equipped. It's very delicate and meticulously prepared without any regrets. All the facilities are better equipped than the photos show. Above all, what impressed us the most was the great hospitality of the host couple. I can't list them all one by one. The response to questions or requests was also very fast. It's almost as fast as lightning. Anyway, if you stay at this accommodation, you will fully understand what I am saying. In addition, the famous restaurants recommended by the host Nabil are less than 100m away. The price was also very reasonable. As someone who has traveled around the world for 7 years and traveled to 50 countries and more than 500 cities, I am sure that this accommodation is the best of the best. It goes beyond the simple cost-effectiveness dimension. I can confidently recommend that the host couple, Nabil, are the best hosts, including the location and facilities. Next time I come to Sousse, I will definitely stay at this accommodation again.

The place was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was clear and tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, not far from the beach, which allowed us to enjoy some lovely walks along the shore. A great host, friendly and accessible. My husband and I immediately fell in love with the villa! The Host Aymen is very Welcoming & was helpful with directions. We had to check in to the maison in the evening & He met w/ us to hand us the keys, no issue, smiling & friendly. He answered any others questions we had. The home is beautifully decorated, along w/charming antique hardware & tilework. Historically built, so the home has many original features but w/ MODERN accommodations!!! The home is walkable to the beach & many restaurants are just a walk in the other direction. The home is immaculately clean. It's the perfect setting for families, friend groups, or married couples on honeymoon! The home sits on a very peaceful CLEAN & safe cobblestone street! It has all the architectural & decorative charm you could ask for of a Tunisian home; The jasmine flowers in the indoor patio make the entire home smell lovely. The garden is breathtaking & great space for outdoor entertaining! We'll be back!

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

we had booked last minute was no problem. Friendly manager came to see us right away. It's a nice location, beautiful Villa. Garden screened lots of privacy. Pool was great. Had a wonderful stay to relax and unwind. We will definitely come back

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.

This is the second year we rent from Mohamed, and no surprises, he is still as professional, helpful and caring.

Apartment was as described, the only drawback was, but the wifi was indicated in the listing, but there was none. Allegedly an Airbnb error. There were plenty of cooking utensils. Apartment itself was clean, however, the toilet was a bit uncomfortable and had to be cleaned upon arrival. The washing machine showed error in some programs so that you could only wash the clothes in a rapid program for 14 minutes. We were still very satisfied all in all. Outside the tourist corner and yet everything quickly accessible by car. 3 minutes walk to the stand. The sea could also be seen from the balcony.
