The accommodation is spacious and clean. It's well-equipped and pleasant. The owner is attentive and responsive. The environment is quiet. We had a nice stay, We recommend this listing and will likely return.

Chaker's house is very beautiful, large, and spacious. chaker is a kind and cheerful person. He is good at dealing and communicating. From the moment the plane landed, he called me if we needed any help. It would be better if you rent a car so you could enjoy your vacation. The house is just like the pictures. The pool is large and beautiful, with all the amenities, from chairs and mattresses. The kitchen is spacious, with a table and chairs, and everything else is available. Restaurants are not far from the house, and all tourist resorts are close, about a 5 to 20-minute drive. also the big cities like Hargla,hamamet,sousse are close to drive I would thank you chaker so much for the good time and help provide wish to come back again

Very responsive host, very nice house as described with a clean pool and well-maintained garden, very well-equipped house, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

Very well located house in Yasmine Hammamet, next to hotels, cafes and the beach. We were hosted by Slim and her family very well. The house was clean and perfectly matched the photos and description. the residence is guarded 24 hours a day and we have had a large shelter for our two cars. Slim remained very responsive to our requests and advised us on the beach and restaurants. very good address for holidays in Hammamet, we will surely come back and we recommend this listing.

When I arrived at the villa, I find the place net and clean, spacious and well organized. It was our little paradise; my kids loved the swimming pool and have been very attached to the villa asking me to come back next year. It was easy to drive around, very close to the grocery store.... What a fantastic clean villa! , had a great family vacation, I fell in love with the villa, Ahmed, the owner is a great guy very helpful, arrive at 21:50, and waited for us until 22:50 to check-in. The photos don't do justice to the three-storey house with many social areas inside and out. The top floor has a roof terrace, the master bedroom has a balcony. There's a sitting area/prayer room on the second floor an outside seat swing, tables and chairs at the front of the house and loungers by the pool. Table tennis and the swimming pool kept the kids occupied. It was very hot however the house is well equipped with air conditioning and we were glad of the pool to keep us cool. The house is in a safe residential area . It's a 5 min walk to the beach, 15-20 min walk to the marina, and supermarket and 10 min walk in the other direction to Carthage land, Tunisia's theme park and the Medina for shopping experiences. Taxis are cheap and easy to pick near by. Thank you so much Ahmed

Beautiful villa with all the comforts for a very pleasant stay with family. All amenities are within walking distance (restaurants on the port, beach, supermarket, etc.) In addition, the nearby highway makes it easy to get around to the capital or other places to visit. Nounou has always been at our disposal if needed. I would definitely recommend this accommodation where we didn't miss anything... everything was perfect.

We had a great stay! The welcome was great, and the staff available if needed. Frankly, in terms of quality/price, it's hard to do better. The pool is large, super clean and well maintained. I recommend it without hesitating!

We stayed at Mohamed’s home a few times & found the house amazing. Mohamed is super responsive & helpful with everything, including the house + hooking us up with local connections during our stay. Thanks to Mohamed & his amazing mother, our stay in Hammamet was amazing!

It was really nice! I had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was perfect, maintained and had a lovely modern yet cozy feel. The swimming pool was clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. The surrounding village was charming and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. Our family stay was great and perfect! We enjoyed the pool which is super large (better than the photos), the house is 2 mins from the house as well as carthage land so we enjoyed it, the beach is also very close. The house contains all the necessary amenities and the host is always attentive who offers us quite a few services. I highly recommend this house , we will definitely go back another time!
