It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Entry is through a common courtyard that serves three properties with a covered terrace that can accommodate up to 19 people, outdoor kitchen. Great for enjoying summer evenings. Outside the grounds of the house, an 11x4m swimming pool with terrace and shutter, a petanque court and grounds as far as the eye can see, hiking trails from the house.
