6 nights minimum during school holidays. I’ve recently re-opened the July/ August calendar. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare forest famous for its bolders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Le cottage du manoir 1900 est une tiny house nichée au cœur d’un verger bi centenaire. Laissez-vous séduire par son style luxueux anglais victorien très chaleureux. Pour ne faire qu’un avec la nature, nous avons pensé de nombreuses ouvertures sur l’extérieur. Bien chauffé en hiver, frais en été, parfait à toute saison de l’année. Offrez-vous cette pause d’évasion en toute intimité. Notre tiny house peut recevoir jusqu’à 3 voyageurs dont 1 enfant. Les enfants sont les bienvenus.

You will be 20 km from Sens (A5 exit) and 35 km from Auxerre and visit their cathedrals and historic city center. 45 km away is Troyes known for its factory outlets. You can also visit the Chablis vineyard 40 km away.

You will enjoy various facilities (tennis, table tennis, petanque etc.) You can take nice walks or bike rides (not provided) as well as along the Yonne.

Grange de l'Erable – Calm & Nature

Spacious and bright home, atypical furnished in an old barn, in the middle of nature, at the end of a cul-de-sac, simple and warm comfort, beautiful living space. Located on the first floor, composed of a large 80 m2 living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and in the attic are 2 large 50 m2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. On the ground floor, another bedroom Guests can enjoy the garden, pool, parking on the property.

Châlet with country view

Relax in a cozy and refined atmosphere, just 10 min. from the medieval city of Provins! When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed). Also linen is provided (sheet + towels). Finally, the chalet is fully equipped and has WiFi. 🐶🐱 Animaux bien élevés acceptés.

La Belle du Val

It's a hole of greenery where a river sings…. Ideally located single-family home close to shops and tourist attractions. Maximum capacity 8 beds. Two double bedrooms and one children's or teens' "dormitory" bedroom. Ideal accommodation for large or blended families… Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (stairs!) Unobstructed view, house bathed in light. Very nice outdoors. SNCF station 5 min walk.
