We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Marie is a very pleasant and accommodating host. We had a great stay at her place in a quiet accommodation decorated with taste. Everything is done to feel good! We'll be happy to go back. An exceptional stay: a beautiful house, very friendly hosts and a very beautiful garden! We enjoyed spending time on the terrace as the calm and view are soothing! Our 2 small dogs also enjoyed the fenced outside. Lots of nice villages to visit in the area and walks to do. Thank you to Nathalie and Bernard for their welcome and kindness!

Our stay was great. Alex and his family were very responsive. The pool is shared but we had it to ourselves. It was very nice and has ample space with loungers on the terrace to chill out. I imagine this is ideal for families with children. It is also very safe without feeling claustrophobic. Very peaceful setting. Lovely little deck off the house. Plenty of room to park. Great place for a family. The bathroom is exclusively accessed through one bedroom and the toilet exclusively accessed through the other. This was not a problem for us but worth bearing in mind. The internet connection did not work for us so guests should bear that in mind if they require data. I would book again

We had a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings and an amazing view. Thierry was incredibly kind, helpful, and very responsive throughout our visit. A perfect accommodation located in the old town to take beautiful walks with an ice cream shop close by that we enjoyed. Adrien is very attentive and available to his guests Thank you again for the little gift for us and also for our cat. The accommodation is very quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped for a perfect stay, we also enjoyed the garden. We recommend the accommodation without hesitation and we will return without hesitation.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

If you are looking for a quiet but spacious property with sense of freedom this property is perfect. Its large living space offers separation even if travelling in larger groups. It is very secluded so own transport is a must. That said, a short drive into Sarlat is a must. A huge selection of restaurants, bars and local markets and the most picturesque town I think I have ever seen.

We had such an amazing stay at Cassandra's beautiful chateau!!! Fantastic space with gym and beautiful gardens and so peaceful. Such a magical region. Cassandra and her housekeeper Martina were amazing and very helpful. Our entire stay felt like we were in a fairy tale. :) Would definitely come back!

What a delight to arrive in Marcillac-Saint-Quentin! The driveway reveals a well-kept, tree-lined park with a large shared swimming pool. An exceptional welcome from Mariette and Jacques! Mariette is discreet, attentive, very gentle and generous, and has a sense of hospitality. The exposed stone house has a private garden with table, deckchairs and BBQ. - On the ground floor, freshness is welcome: equipped kitchen, Louis Philippe living room, renovated furniture. Majestic open fireplace, ready to be lit. Another nice touch. - Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms, also well-kept. Quality bedding and linens. It's a pleasure to open the windows in the morning, listen to the birds singing and watch the squirrel jumping from tree to tree. The house located 10 min from Sarlat, not far from Lascaux, is perfect for reconnecting with nature. It is a haven of peace with a beautiful energy. We'll be happy to go back! I would highly recommend it

Great stay at La Trappezienne. House matches the photos. Very clean and comfortable house with one bathroom per room. A lot of space for a large family. Warm and very efficient welcome by Laure. Quick response to all our requests by Laure and Vincent. Great location to enjoy Sarlat and the Dordogne. We dream of going back to enjoy the pool. Only downside on the kitchen equipment that could be more provided, (covered plates, glasses, pots and pans).

We had an amazing 6 days. We adored the gite and we made friends with the chickens, the cat and a local dog. It’s amazing for children. And yet so peaceful. I would highly recommend this place

We had a perfect weekend. The garden, the pool and the view are simply magnificent. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and there is a shopping center nearby, which is very convenient. Only small downside: you have to have a little luck with the weather, as it is a bit high haha. In any case, everything was perfect, and the host is very responsive, which really makes the stay easier. Would definitely stay there again!
