House holiday rentals in Soturac

We were a group of 6 and had a fantastic time in Rachel's house in Thédirac. The kitchen was very well equipped for us to prepare meals, there were lots of lovely outdoor places to sit and eat, the garden was beautiful and well maintained (and a great source of herbs for cooking), and it was a real treat to walk to the bakery each morning for fresh bread and croissants. It was about 30-60 mins drive from the main attractions, which was fine for half-day or day trips. Couldn't have asked for more.

Un endroit tout simplement magnifique, avec en plus la gentillesse et l’accueil chaleureux de Simon ! Les gîtes sont bien séparés les uns des autres, mais on se croise avec plaisir dans la très jolie cour commune ou autour de la piscine. La situation idyllique au bord du Lot et les kayak à disposition ajoutent encore au charme du lieu ! Un endroit parfait pour déconnecter et passer de très bonnes vacances !

Petite maison restaurée , avec petit séjour, et trois belles chambres, dans un joli environnement avec une piscine bien agréable durant les fortes chaleurs. Accueil très amical de Rebecca, propriétaires pro actif et très discrets.

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Mia. Le logement était très propre et fidèle à la description. Le cadre est apaisant et permet une totale déconnexion. Mia est une hôte très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This is probably the best Airbnb property we have ever stayed in. It is in a peaceful location, set in very well maintained gardens, and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, particularly from the outdoor dining terrace and the swimming pool. Tastefully renovated, it is also decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, and the leisure and games facilities (swimming, table tennis, snooker, table football, boules) are exceptional. The Lot and Aveyron valleys, with their spectacular gorges and picturesque hilltop towns and villages, are as scenic as the Dordogne but much quieter and less frequented, and we spent three happy days exploring the area. The hosts, Fanny and her mother Marie, are extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would love to return to the property in the future.

Herve was a great host from booking to during our stay. He was informative, helpful, and super friendly. His house is beautiful, in a great location within the centre of Montflanquin. Just a minutes walk uphill to the square where some amazing restaurants are. The house had everything you needed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, condiments, washing up facilities. Brilliant open dining/living area upstairs. Stairs are very steep, but we knew this beforehand. downstairs (ground level) is really spacious, plenty of hangers,wardrobe space. bathroom has a large area to store toiletries. would highly recommend Herve and his place. We are so glad we chose to stay at David's place! The location in the village of Albas is beautiful & everything was clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to sit in the garden. It was hot while we were there (34 degrees) but we were very comfortable because it is well-insulated and has shutters and aircon. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

Als je voor rust en natuur op vakantie gaat dan is deze locatie "the place to be". Het is er zo stil en geen openbare straatverlichting maakt dat de nacht een beleving is om naar de sterrenhemel te kijken. De gastheer& gastvrouw zijn lieve vriendelijke gastvrije mensen die niets teveel is. Heel fijn, we voelden ons direct thuis. Ook is het erg fijn om in de Engelse taal te kunnen communiceren. Dat is in Frankrijk helemaal niet zo vanzelfsprekend. We hebben genoten.

Beautiful little terrace house in Belves within walking distance of the centre of the village. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within. Five minute walk. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The steps to the outside terrace are very steep and could be slippery if damp but the area is lovely to relax in. Lots to see and places to visit in this beautiful part of France.

Un petit coin de paradis à découvrir dans une très belle région. Le logement est très accueillant et confortable, il y a de nombreux atouts : une literie impeccable, une cuisine vraiment fonctionnelle, un superbe jardin calme où se ressourcer, une piscine en plein air accessible et surtout des hôtes de qualité, très accueillants et enthousiastes pour donner des conseils utiles sur cette très belle région, férus d'histoire et très attentionnés. Un cadre idéal pour des vacances réussies.

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Benoit, qui s'est montré très accueillant et très réactif à nos demandes. Le logement est grand, très bien équipé, et très agréable. Que cela soit à l'intérieur, comme à l'extérieur, tout est impéccable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation dans la maison et la piscine, avec ce week-end de canicule. Encore merci à Benoit pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons certainement !

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Logement agréable dans lequel rien ne manque . Superbe vue sur la vallée de la terrasse. L'hôte est très réactif. La piscine est un petit plus en période de forte chaleur. L'accessibilité au logement est un peu compliqué mais c'est le prix à payer pour la vue et la tranquillité

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Elena. Hôtesse très accueillante et discrète. La maison est au calme et très agréable. Rien à redire, c’était parfait.

Amazing location with a spectacular view. Very spacious but the bedroom layout was not favourable for the second couple. Stairs could be difficult for people with limited mobility

We had a wonderful stay at Geert and Marga's beautiful home. The house and its surroundings are stunning, and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of amenities. The house has plenty of absolutely everything you could possibly need and we felt right at home straight away. Geert and Marga's place is perfectly located in the region, and we very easily visited many of the beautiful surrounding towns and villages. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again sometime. We would recommend Geert and Marga's home to anyone looking for a well equipped, beautiful and peaceful vacation. This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.
