This was our first visit to Rouen, and this apartment was a delightful introduction to a wonderful city. The location is a dream, particularly if you arrive by car, as we did. Secure, free parking right outside the door in the middle of the city is quite a luxury. The apartment is lovely and has lots of nice details. The beds are super comfortable, and the two full baths are a treat. Top-notch appliances, ample seating, tasteful decor, nice house plants, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed walking to many sites in the old city center and several museums that were practically right across the street. We were even greeted with a thoughtful welcoming gift from our host. All in all, a great stay that I can recommend without hesitation.

We liked this apartment and everything was as described. Checkin with friendly Antoin was very easy at 3:00, and he was available all afternoon and evening if we needed anything, because he works at the bar at the ground floor of the building. The location is in the center of the pedestrian district, close to everything we wanted to visit. There was noise from the nearby bars and restaurants, but no traffic noise. With earplugs and the windows closed we had silence and no problems sleeping. Highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Close to all the sites and with many good places to eat nearby. All the facilties you could need. Stairs are wide and not too steep so the climb was no problem. Very clean and new fitout. Cool design elements and there is indeed a petit horloge. There's even a gorilla in the room! Would definitely stay again.

J’ai séjourné chez Cedric à l’occasion d’un voyage professionnel. Cedric est très attentionné envers ses hôtes et se préoccupe de leur bien-être. L’appartement est spacieux et très agréable, situé face à la cathédrale au cœur de la ville. Le quartier est cependant très calme et tout est disponible à pieds. L’appartement traversant permet de ne pas avoir chaud en cas de canicule. Décoré avec goût, je m’y suis sentie comme chez moi ! Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais la cage d’escalier est large, aucun souci pour décharger les bagages. On trouve des emplacements pour se garer à proximité, c’est très pratique. Bref, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Un grand merci à Cedric pour sa disponibilité et son accueil chaleureux ☺️

Stylish and comfortable mezzanine apartment, second and top floor of the building (no lift). Well equipped, cosy kitchen/dinning area and a great bathroom! All very clean and in a great, quiet area within easy walk of the old town and super range of cafes and restaurants. Recommend and hope to return.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille dans ce logement. Tout était absolument parfait, du jacuzzi à la piscine, en passant par la propreté et le confort des lieux. Sylvie a été une hôte exceptionnelle : accueillante, bienveillante et d'une douceur rare. Elle a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous nous sentions à l’aise, et cela dès notre arrivée. Tout était prévu pour le confort de mes jumeaux de 9 mois ainsi que pour mon fils de 8 ans. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir ! Merci encore pour tout , Sylvie & Michel.

Bonjour, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le logement, avec le grand jardin et la possibilité d'aller facilement au lac des deux amants. Les enfants ont bien joué avec les chiens et ont essayé le skatepark accessible à pied par le chemin le long de la Seine. Très bon accueil de la part de Martine !

Really nice apartment in a residential area it is very quiet with access to a pleasant garden area. It is clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The private parking right outside the door was also much appreciated. Steven and his wife were very friendly and responded really fast to questions. The transport links were easy to the main town with buses and a train station (Park & Ride) easy to get to. Small downside for us, there is another accommodation upstairs which we could hear noises from the guests upstairs but just only the first 2 nights of our stay.

L'appartement était fidèle aux photos, très propre, très agréable à vivre et très bien situé. Lieu calme, literie de qualité donc nous nous sommes bien reposés Place de parking réservée en bas de l'immeuble, résidence sécurisée avec portail Thomas a été très réactif par message, les instructions claires Nous recommandons ce logement !

Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour long. La proximité des résidents est très agréable, tout le personnel de la résidence se met en 4 pour vous apporter satisfaction. Il faut résider dans cet environnement pour apporter de la joie, son écoute et de la sympathie et ne pas oublier que vous n’êtes pas la « priorité », vous êtes accueilli avec générosité ! La rencontre des résidents est enrichissante. Merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir facilité mon séjour et de m’avoir prêté votre attention.

We had a lovely stop over here in Rouen. The view from the apartment is beautiful and it is so close to everything in the city.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, calme, literie très confortable, salle de bain spacieuse, WC séparés, grand salon/salle à manger/cuisine très bien équipés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Cristina qui a été une hôte aux petits soins et très réactive. Toutes les commodités, la piscine et le bus pour Rouen sont à deux pas, que demander de plus? Nous reviendrons!

Mes parents ont apprécié leur séjour chez Swan, heureux de retrouver le logement comme ils l'avaient occupés l'an dernier . Le logement est très confortable et fonctionnel pour des personnes agés. J'espère qu'ils pourront à nouveau se déplacer l'année prochaine . Ce sera chez Swan sinon rien !

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.
