Great host and very responsive to messages. Felt very welcome and very much given our own space. Very secure place and a short walk to the town centre.

We stayed 2 nights and left delighted with our stay. The house is nice, functional and well-equipped. Be careful, however, of the somewhat steep stairs, you have to take your time, especially when going down. We were able to reach Rouen in 15 minutes thanks to the bus that passes nearby, it's really convenient.

I had a pleasant stay at Aurélie's welcoming hotel, to be recommended.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very centrally located,we could easily reach everything on foot. The small garden is also great, we could have breakfast there very nicely outside. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful accommodation in a renovated old half-timbered house, in a beautiful garden. Excellent contact with the owner. Small village, few facilities, but close (another village) completely OK. Highly recommended for peace and quiet and fun visits. Giverny (Monet's gardens) can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Cheerful hillside home in a quiet, wooded garden. There was nothing missing. Fabienne welcomed us very warmly and made us many proposals for outings and restaurants. To be booked without a second thought!

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The staircase is a bit narrow with the suitcase, but it is easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. The bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner is located on the upper floor. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights were basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise around 5:30 a.m., Christine and her husband reacted very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, which was very great. I highly recommend it.

Florian was a great host who met us at the door to guide us in. He was very friendly and shared helpful local information. The apartment was great with a lovely peaceful courtyard. Great coffee from the machine provided. Shower could benefit from a shower curtain and soap.

Elena's apartment is spacious and well equipped with facilities. Parking in the street was not a problem. Communication with Elena was smooth and positive. We had some minor improvements to bring the apartment to an even better level, which Elena was open to and would immediately work on. I can heartily recommend this apartment.

It is a nice house, equipped with all the necessities and a spacious balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, a supermarket is close by, and you can be in the center of Rouen in no time. An ideal place for a holiday or to work remotely.

Really nice place with great view on cathedral and Rolo’s statue. Perfect location, also you have free parking 400m away. If you are into history then beside fact that the building really old, the decors might be interesting to you as it includes replica of medieval helmet with nasal, sword and shield.

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It will be at Swan, or not at all!
