Fantastic newly built & modern villa in Bovallstrand

The house is located in fantastic Bovallstrand with seaview. The house is in a suterring. Entrance level consists of large modern fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island from 2021. Dining area for 10 persons and large living room with fireplace. Fully tiled bathroom with brass details and shower. On the entrance level there are built-in speakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. Downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and private exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for space for three. Downstairs there is also laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a tiled bathroom with a shower. Here you will also find a big TV room with sofa and big screen TV. The house has a large balcony on the ground floor with dining area for 8 and with stairs down to a huge wooden deck where the Jacuzzi, sunbeds, outdoor furniture and dining area for 10 are available. The whole house is top modern with all the luxury that may be needed and with the latest equipment. Broadband is connected throughout the house.

Rent our nice house in Hunnebostrand, with walking distance to the sea, restaurants, activities and attractions. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the beach street with cozy shops and nightlife. The house is a classic archipelago house built in 1932 that is upgraded with new surface layers and modern amenities such as fiber, ground heating and large terrace for lovely summer evenings with sun from morning to night. Large plot with room for socializing, play and ball sports, even plenty of space in the driveway for several cars.

The house is located with beautiful views of the large garden. A few minutes' walk takes you to saltwater swimming in Brofjorden and crab fishing for the kids. Living room with fireplace and exit to the balcony with barbecue facilities. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with shower. Washer/dryer. Modern fully-equipped kitchen. Very good opportunities for swimming, climbing and hiking in the area. There are a number of excursions within a radius of 20-40 minutes such as Vitlycke, Nordens Ark, Fjällbacka, Smögen, Lysekil.

Very nice archipelago villa at Smögenbryggan

Very nice accommodation in perfect location on amazing Smögen. 10 meters from popular Smögenbryggan, but still discreet. The house is perfectly located and close to everything in terms of restaurants, cafes, shops, nice sun and swimming for adults and children, fishing and fishing trips, boat trips, hiking trails, boat kayak rental etc. Access to two patios and a patio on the balcony with evening sun. You will have access to a large boathouse on the plot with 8 seats for lovely seafood evenings. "Only full weeks."

Seaside house with unbeatable views

Welcome to this nature-friendly home in central Kungshamn with great views. Here you live comfortably with a private terrace with uninterrupted sea views of Smögen and Hållö. At walking distance across the mountain is Stenbogens swimming area which is nicely newly restored with cliffs, diving towers and a small sandy bay for swimming and crab fishing. Below the hill is the harbor in Kungshamn with grocery store, shops and restaurants. You can easily in season take the ferry to Smögen or Hållö.

An older villa in the countryside, for the family who wants peace and quiet with proximity to nature. The house belongs to an old farm and has a large garden for you to stay in. 10 min walk to the house boathouse, cliffs and beach. 5 min by car to Näverkärrs nature reserve, with walking paths and two nice beaches. 15 minutes by car to Brodalen, which is known for its climbing. 30 min car to Lysekil. 30 min car to the Ark of the North. 45 min m car to Bohus oremön. 45 min car to Smögen.

Upplev Smögen i denna villa med stora utrymmen och underbar terass med sol hela dagen. Plats för att äta, grilla och sola. Badmöjlighet inom 100 m och till barnvänligt bad ca 10min gångväg. Den kända Smögenbryggan ligger endast 20min bort och mataffären ca 5min, allt inom gångavstånd. Huset har 4 sovrum på övervåningen och där finns ett duschrum och toa. Entreplanet har en öppen planlösning med stort kök, ett badrum, matplats, olika sittplatser och dörr mot terassen.
