Waterfront holiday rentals in Sorrento

We couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb! This place was in the perfect location in Marina Grande near Ferries, Bus and Train Lift up to Capri Center. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute. We people watched from the front porch with stunning views and glasses of wine! We got to cook simple breakfast in the mornings and explore all of Capri! Everything in the island is breathtaking! Just do Capri and make sure to visit quaint Ana Capri which is quiet and charming with tons of artisan shops with amazing food! Also if you stay just book this place! The washing machine made it so easy for us to keep our wardrobe clean. Bed was comfortable and was fantastic! Enjoy everyone!!!

Sandra was the ultimate Super host! From the day I booked her Airbnb, she offered suggestions of restaurants (Kasai and Armandina were the best!), excursions, drivers and a wonderful cooking class! Her family home was filled with love and what an amazing view of Positano! We loved eating our breakfast out on the porch watching the boats and yachts come and go or sitting on our porch having a glass of wine. Sandra was always responsive and always so kind. She is known by all in Praiano and is highly respected. And we loved Zorba too! We would definitely stay at Casa Tuti again even with so many stairs to the beach. Sandra is a rockstar!

Gaspare’s place is very well equipped, clean, perfect for two and good for family of four. Massive roof terrace above the flat. It’s about 20-25 minute walk into Sorrento and 10-15 minute walk to the train station. We used the latter a lot as it’s cheap and convenient after a day of exploring. A good supermarket called Supero, is close to the Sant Agnello station. The flat is on the top floor, so 4 flights of stairs to carry bags. We would travel lighter next time we come to this area as we used public transport a lot. Only slight downside is thin walls between apartments means sound travels. Thank you for being a great host.

Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte, ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La casa è grande, molto bella e super accogliente, con tutto il necessario per stare comodi. Pulizia impeccabile.

Bel appartement, terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la baie de Naples, on ne s'en lasse pas. A 10 minutes du très sympathique et calme quartier du vomero. Très différent du centre historique.

Esther’s Airbnb was perfect for our Positano trip! Esther was very responsive when we had questions (some of which was already in instructions she provided ahead of time oops haha) and she still was willing to help! The Airbnb was perfect and had great amenities including shower gel, shampoo, etc. We loved her local recommendations as well. I would definitely recommend this place as it’s very close to the bus stop! (You need to use the bus to go down to the main area of Positano- do not try walking unless you want to do 30+ flights of stairs haha)

Rosa & her Husband Were excellent Hosts & very responsive to all Our queries. The House is Located Approx 500 mtrs down from the street level on a zig zag road, but since we were driving Had no issues. Once inside the house it was absolutely Spotless & clean with a breath taking view of the Piano Di Sorento Port. Overall Highly recommended.

Monica fue super amable y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones tanto de restoranes como de lugares por visitar. El departamento estaba muy bien, podría haber estado un poco mejor equipada la cocina (faltaban algunos cubiertos) pero nada indispensable. Tuvimos una excelente estadía y felizmente volveríamos a alojarnos ahí.

The suite was nice and comfortable and had all the appliances in the kitchen. Also it’s very well located and only 15 minutes from the main station.

Valentinas place was perfect, right on the beach, the view was incredible. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing from the hot sun during the day and chilling in the evening. Salvatore was our contact when we were over there and he went above and beyond what you could expect from anyone. Unfortunately, Our children were very sick and he communicated and supported us and even arrived with medication to us. He met us at check in and responded to any questions we had quickly. Thank you, we really appreciated your support. Marina del cantone is small but you have everything you need right on your door step. I love it there and will be back again for sure and hopefully stay in Valentino’s place again.

beautiful apartment in a serene location. Exactly as described, is a little remote but very manageable to get too with a taxi & shuttle service. Amazing restaurants within 1 minute of the apartment. Perfect place for embracing Italy local culture away from the busyness of Sorrento town

Elvia’s place is amazing! From the moment you walk in and look out at the deck, it will take away your breath away. We loved the location! It is away from the crowds, plus swimming right below your deck, a lovely walking bath to Massa Lubrense Harbor with restaurants, our favorite Angelos, plus you can pick up a private boat or a group tour of Amalfi! Basically everything you need for your adventure in Amalfi! And one VERY important detail, Elvia has a beautiful beachfront home that welcomes you with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Thank you, Elvia! We hope to be back one day!

Un logement superbe avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La plage est à quelques minutes et le parking est un réel plus. Melania a été super gentille et nous a recommandé de bonnes adresses dans les environs. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la côte Amalfitaine. Ce fut un voyage merveilleux. Merci Melania et à la prochaine !

We had a wonderful stay at Ramona’s place. It’s very well located in the middle of everything and super quiet.! The apartment is recently renovated and felt like home. The rooftop has a wonderful view and is a great place to chill. Ramona was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all our queries. She recommended wonderful restaurants and always made sure we would have the best available table. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Casa Francesca is an amazing option when staying in Positano. Francesca and Paolo and are extremely accommodating and responsive to any and all requests. The private beach space (shared with a couple other couples max) is perfect as the main beach in Positano gets very crowded. There are kayaks, chairs, umbrellas, etc down at the private beach - so nice! There’s a wonderful local grocery/sandwich/coffee a short walk away that we went to on an almost daily basis. The view from the AirBnB is incredible. Francesca gave a great list of recommendations for us that we used while staying. Our favorite spot in Positano for dinner - Casa Mele (recommended by Francesca). The best part of this place is that it’s removed from the Ferry/busyness of Positano proper but still close enough to enjoy the town easily (10/15 min walk away). The property also has a garden from which you’re invited to pick zucchini/lemons/etc. Bottom line: these are great people, and this is a wonderful place to stay.

Annamaria's was a gem in helping us get transportation from the airport to her place with a personal driver! She had someone meet us at the beautiful place upon our arrival. The outside balcony is the highlight of her place with a great view, beautiful flowers and a relaxing atmosphere! Thanks for helping us out with restaurant ideas in walking distance! We loved staying here!

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento de Margherita fue inmejorable. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La ubicación era ideal: en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo lo importante, con fácil acceso a transporte, tiendas y restaurantes. La cama era comodísima, la cocina estaba bien equipada, y cada rincón del lugar estaba decorado con mucho gusto. Además, Margherita tuvo detalles encantadores con nosotros que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer día. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos con Margherita. ¡Gracias por todo!

Had a fabulous time at Vico Equense! The apartment was fantastic! Great location, beautiful views, had everything we needed. Bianca was very helpful getting to and from the train station and Alfonso was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We are already planning another trip back.

Great stay in Salerno! The hosts were very communicative and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The apartment itself was modern, stylish, and felt quite luxurious. It’s in a convenient location—close to the beach, port, airport, and with great transport links nearby. However, even with the location, the apartment was still private and not too much noise pollution around. Plenty of amenities within walking distance, and the hosts even helped arrange our transfer to the airport. Would happily stay here again!

This was my second time in Naples. My goal was to find a location to say that was at the heart of everything but was also quiet and clean. This apartment was PERFECT for this. I was able to walk to all the main attractions and easily take the ferry’s for day trip (walking distance to main port) and come home to a peaceful, spacious, and clean apartment. The only warning I have is the stairs to the top- but honestly I welcomed it because it justified all the great food I was eating.

A wonderful stay! Right on the beach. It was quiet and easy to come and go. Lots of restaurants a few minutes away. To get to the apartment, you will need to walk up three flights of stairs and once inside, the bedrooms are on a second floor and with a skinny spiral staircase. Large luggage can’t fit up the spiral staircase. Not a complaint, just an fyi. Overall superb stay!

We had a wonderful time at Roberta’s place. The location is incredible, and the house is spacious and has everything you might need. As other people have mentioned, you can hear the music from Il Pirata next door at night - for us this was only an issue on the Saturday night when they had a party. Roberta gave us lots of excellent recommendations, we will definitely be back!

Nos encantó parar en esta propiedad, la sensación es como la de estar en un barco. Hermoso dormir con el ruido del mar golpeando el muro. Lo más increíble era despertarnos a la mañana y poder hacernos un baño en el mar con el vesubio como vista. VOLVERÍA MIL VECES.
