The cabin is sheltered from the farm and along the Signaldalselven, where there is a 3 km hiking trail starting from the cabin. Northern lights just outside the cabin. short distance to the high mountain for ski/skiing/top hiking/hiking/hunting and Northern Lights experiences. The area the cabin is located on is a famous place for Northern Lights tourists and you can take nice pictures of the northern lights with the Otertinden in the background.

Cozy cabin with SAUNA (sauna) 6 km north from Lyngseidet city center. The cabin is a total of 49 sqm and is great for 3-4 adults or a small family. The cabin contains : living room, toilet /shower , kitchen and 3 bedroom stall: inside the stall there is a washing machine - Large porch where there are barbecue facilities to view the Lyngenfjord. ( wood or charcoal is not included in the price) - The cabin should be left in order and tidy. - Used bedding and towels must be removed and put in the laundry basket.

Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.

Peaceful and scenic area that offers hiking trails, beautiful nature and great opportunities to experience the northern lights. There is a sauna in the house and in addition a large wood-fired sauna on the neighboring property that can be used by appointment without additional charge.
