The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sorède, bordered by a river, close to the center of the village, 15 minutes from the sea by car. There is a large main room with high ceilings and a kitchen-dining room-living room by the fireplace with TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Bedding included. On the ground floor, a bathroom and a toilet.

The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Animals are strictly prohibited in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are 10 mins walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.
