We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

An absolutely stunning property, with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home stay. Fantastic pool and pool house as well. Large kitchen/ dining/ living area meant that even with 8 adults staying it never felt crowded. Fresh baked goods left for our arrival as well as complementary toiletries. Tania and her husband were so helpful even arranging an early check in at the last minute. Genuinely is only 15 minutes drive from Bilbao and the beach, although bus stop is only a short walk away. Couple of restaurants in the local town are a short walk away. Comment from a past visitor about security cameras was over exaggerated, there is one camera pointing at the back of the garden and not into or around the house. Also felt very safe as there is the regional police headquarters behind the property 😂(but doesn’t overlook it at all). We will definitely be returning to this property and to beautiful Bilbao.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. We thought the villa was perfect for our little girl's weekend! Local taxi firms were very accomodating over text message as we could not speak spanish so we were able to Google translate and message them. (uber doesn't work in this area) The local GoT attractions do require booking to visit - which we did not realise but that was due to our own lack of foresight. The host was amazingly responsive, the water system was running cold and she was there within 20 mins to reset the boiler to get us hot water and to help us understand the cooking system. The villa itself was beautiful and the surrounding area was so beautiful to just sit and enjoy. Plenty of space in the villa and multiple bathroom and showers for larger groups of people. I would mention that having a car is essential to stay here for the local shopping and the check out process of disposing of the bins down the road.

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation. The house was impeccable, it had everything, towels, the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had shampoo and gel. The truth is we rested and Magda was very kind.

The house is as it appears in the photos. We went 5 couples with kids and had a great time. Pure nature. Spectacular surroundings. Rober a state very attentive at all times.

A wonderful old cottage on the edge of Arredondo, lovingly renovated. You have a wonderful view of the mountains when they are free of clouds or simply watch the clouds play on the mountain peaks. The covered terrace is ideal for an outdoor breakfast or dinner. We used it every day of the week to simply enjoy the view. The property is clean and well maintained. Since it is on a slope, you have to climb the mountain a bit. But certainly not a problem for hikers. A stream, the Ason, ripples below the property. Tall trees around the property, but they don't interfere. A very nice place to stay for 4 people. We would love to come again. Unfortunately, there are too many beautiful places waiting for us. Carmen and Sergio were wonderful hosts and have a well kept home that is perfect for a relaxing week by the beach, nearby hiking, as well as close to Santander to visit the city. We loved staying at their home and would recommend it others. They were responsive and helpful to solve some issues we had with the electricity - which we were very appreciative of.

Perfect place, the house is great, everything worked perfectly, the heating, the dishwasher, the fireplace, everything as described. Very good cleanliness, there were sheets and towels for the 9 we were. There were games for the little ones and a place to walk with the dogs. A lovely view of the mountain. I give it a 10.

Family weekend in a comfortable and well located house. well equipped for 6 people, with ATMs, shops and restaurants. A very nice walking area. The owner took care of us before we arrived quickly.

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! Consuelo is fantastic, pending, friendly, communicative and notice that the accommodation is part of its history. The place is in perfect condition, it's what you see, even more. Quiet, safe area. Very close to Cabárceno Park. A place to come back if you want to disconnect, with all the amenities of your usual home. With easy parking.

We loved our stay in Feli’s house. The house is very cosy with comfortable beds. The location is beautiful and the view from one of the bedrooms is very nice. The large garden en glass house are fantastic. Feli and Benji are both incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Such a beautiful place! The property is just like in the photos — cozy and exactly as described. If you're looking to get away from the city, breathe in fresh mountain air, and enjoy peaceful nature and amazing views, this is the spot. There’s no WiFi, but mobile internet works great, so it wasn’t a problem at all. Big thanks to Maria Jesus for being such a kind and welcoming host! 😊
