House holiday rentals in Son Xoriguer

Just returned after 12 days at the Villa. Lovely location with great views of the sea. Lots of coves to swim from. The Villa was very well equipped with everything thing you could possibly need. We loved the different areas to sit throughout the day. Very good restaurant just down the road. We walked to nearby towns Cala Toret and Punta Prima. All in all a wonderful holiday.

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

Myself & friends stayed for 3 nights. We’d arrived late with no shops open & very much appreciated the complimentary bottled water. Shame not many other hosts provide this low cost gift, this shows understanding & attentiveness. Daniels place is nicely decorated & well equipped with comfy beds. The area is quiet & within walking distance to small supermarket & a couple of restaurants as well as a lovely small beach with a bar.

Puri has always been precise and punctual, providing a whole series of information about the house and Minorca in advance. The house is very nice, clean, equipped with everything you need. It enjoys a strategic position, in a beautiful area with the sunset over the sea a minute's walk from the house... SPECTACULAR!!! Thanks and talk to you soon.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

Absolutely stunning Villa, it’s in a fabulous location, and very private and quiet, the villa itself is just immaculate, the views are just breath taking, and everything you need is in one place, it’s only 10 minutes to the beach, and is great for watching the sun go down in the beach bar.. or you could stay at the villa and enjoy the pool whilst watching the sun go down.. we will definitely book again.

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. We had a great stay at Maria's, very welcoming and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations: quiet, central to the island, a little isolated, but everything is quickly accessible by car, which makes it Perfect spot. Note, the access is a little narrow, a small or medium car is preferable, but there are two parking spaces. The space is large, faithful to the photos, and very clean. The pool is a real plus: warm, quiet, with impeccable deckchairs. It can be hot, especially upstairs, but fans are present on the ceiling in the bedrooms. And bonus: a cute little cat that we hope will be pampered by the next tenants. Excellent value for money in Menorca, ideal for relaxing, visiting and enjoying the view.

Beautiful detached villa as described. Very comfortable beds and a host who responded to all our requests. Samm granted me an early check-in of a couple of hours, which I really appreciated. The villa is in a very quiet area, very close to the lighthouse and with 3 supermarkets nearby. The outdoor space that we were able to use was beautiful, as well as the very useful outdoor bathroom. The house is equipped with all the dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery and bowls. Bring mosquito repellent because the whole island is infested. And finally, breathtaking sunsets from the beautiful terrace above the house. I will return to Menorca in September, unfortunately our house is already rented at that time otherwise I would have definitely taken it back

We had a lovely stay at Beatriz’s place. Lovely private garden, all the amenities you could need inside and the shared pool was also nice a quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and the house has everything we needed. Eva was extremely helpful and gave so many tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and exploring the surroundings.

We enjoyed the calm (especially in the off-season) and the proximity to the seaside. We were well received and the relationship with Anna was very easy and friendly. The house was comfortable for 4 people and we appreciated that there were shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a very good stay.

The villa was conveniently located and only a short walk to the beach and a well stocked supermarket up the road. The apartment was fine and everything worked okay - coffee machine, cooker, washing machine, shower all fine. Perhaps better quality sheets and newer towels would be nice but not a major problem. The pool was a good size and smaller shallow section was great for our toddler. Only real criticism would be the trampoline as the outside skirt was all degraded leaving rusty springs exposed. My little girl really wanted to go on the trampoline and got upset when we wouldn’t allow it. Therefore would be better removed or repaired. There was a bit of construction noise from across the road and the the road the villa is located on has a few noisy trucks and buses going past as well as a bit of noise sometimes from nearby hotels occasionally but I didn’t feel like too much of a problem and a price you pay for having amenities close by.

Lourdes' home is in a quiet, private, and well-kept setting. A two-minute walk takes you to the wonderful beach of Son Xoriguer and mini market bars/ restaurants; 10 minutes to Cala'n Bosch (the location is really strategic!) The villa is lovely, with livable spaces both inside and outside areas. We stayed for two weeks with two small children (about 1 year old) and one for 6 years- the kitchen is well equipped with many appliances and utensils (microwave, dishwasher, toaster). Thanks to all the comforts, we had a peaceful oasis! Last but not least, Lourdes was available from the first contact, always meeting our needs and requests with a smile! Thank you Lourdes!!

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights in June. Dan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The Villa is as shown in the photos - well presented with a nice pool/outside dining area and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommended this villa.

We were a group of friends to spend 6 nights in Menorca and we enjoyed a lot in large part thanks to Maikel and Carmen's house, spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location. They welcomed us very kindly explaining all the details of the house, and with a gastronomic gift included. A wonderful and highly recommended stay and highly recommended.

Good location, 5' from a beach on foot, a little too off-center to radiate over the whole island, but well placed to visit the surroundings of La Ciutadella. Note a slight ventilation problem and strong smell of humidity upon arrival, but after a few hours everything comes in order, I think it corresponds to the period. The accommodation is properly equipped and functional.

Eva is a very nice host, very responsive, who gave us clear explanations to get to the accommodation. The accommodation was perfect, very clean inside and out. The pool is also very good, the children loved it. We had a great time at this beautiful home. Thank you very much.

Very large villa with a lovely pool. Lots of amenities, very well equipped. Lovely welcome basket on arrival too. Unfortunately the house opposite is having building works done so it was very loud all week and the road was dug up so we couldn’t leave the driveway. Overall a good location, a lovely small beach a 5 minute walk away, a shop and restaurant even closer. Or go the other way and there are plenty of restaurants 10 minutes walk away. A play park round the corner too.

Villa Marcia offered us a beautiful place to live for this family vacation. We made beautiful memories there. It is pleasant, quiet and perfect for staying with a baby. We'll be happy to go back

We had the best time at the house! The house is newly renovated, has an amazing outdoor area and everything you might need for your stay. The hosts were super responsive, replying to our messages quickly and helping with issues we had in the way.

The stay was great, the place is exactly as described. Located in a quiet area and close to coves, a supermarket and a restaurant area. Pep was helpful at all times and was a great host. Without a doubt, if possible, we'll be back.

No regrets booking this lovely apartment. Gorgeous views and perfect beach for us. The wifi was not working, which was a bit of a surprise and a minor hardship for a friend without cell data. Would definitely book again however!
