Apartment holiday rentals in Son Xoriguer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la qualité des informations proposées par Anna notamment sur l'accès, les restaurants et les lieux incontournables de Minorque en juin. L'intérieur était décoré avec goût et c'était conforme aux descriptions et bien équipé. Le seul bémol est la vue qui n'est pas mer et sur un terrain de tennis abandonné (dommage) et le bruit car les couloirs car cela raisonnait beaucoup. Malgré cela l'emplacement est idéal car très proche de la Ciutadela (10 min en voiture indispensable), du Cami Cavalls, le sentier qui parcours le tour de l'ile et qui est tout juste incroyable ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette crique avec nos apéros couchers de soleil sur la plage :-)

Logement très propre, piscine très propre. Très bien équipé. Terrasse très agréable avec une vue magnifique. Endroit très calme. Logement très bien décoré et encore plus beau que sur les photos.

Un très bon séjour dans un appartement situé à deux pas du centre ville, du port et qui permet d’avoir accès facilement et rapidement aux plages. Appartement fonctionnel et confortable. Un merci à Ester qui sait toujours se rendre disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande pour découvrir et profiter entre amis ou en famille de Ciutadella !

El apartamento se encuentra en una buena zona muy cerca de Ciudadela y como lugar base para moverse a las calas de la isla . Además en el piso te encontrarás con sombrilla de playa , tapers , nevera portátil de tela , cartas y muchas otras cosas que te puedes llevar a la playa. La piscina no la llegamos a utilizar por falta de tiempo pero parecía muy tranquila y de fácil acceso.

El apartamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Está en una urbanización muy tranquila con zonas comunes muy bien conservadas y la piscina nunca estaba muy concurrida. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, no echamos nada en falta. Se puedenir andando a la playa, que es preciosa y muy tranquila. Tambien hay buenos restaurantes por la zona. Resumiendo, hemos pasado una semana maravillosa y seguro que repetiremos.

Séjour très réussi dans ce joli appartement. La propreté et les équipements sont au rendez-vous. Cristina est charmante est les explications sont parfaites. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances ! Merci :) Seul bémol, le bruit de la route côté chambre et dans les escaliers.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement était très propre. Il y a beaucoup de choses à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable quand on vient en avion. Nous avons apprécié le jardin et le calme du quartier à cette saison. Crisana nous a accueilli pour nous faire visiter l appartement et il nous a donné des conseils .

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison a été parfaite pour nous, conforme au descriptif .On ne manque de rien. L'ensemble de maisons est charmant, avec une piscine très grande et peu fréquenté à cette saison, donc idéal. La mer est toute proche avec une belle crique de sable blanc. Les deux restaurants à proximité sont très bien, avec une mention spéciale pour "l opéra" et son serveur Italien/espagnol. Le risotto fruit de mer est delicieux😊.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Carolina. Tout était conforme à la description. Appartement bien équipé. Bel emplacement à 5 min à pied de la plage, avec une supérette juste en-dessous de l'appartement. Plein de places gratuites dans la rue juste devant et autour. Seul bémol, rue passante un peu bruyante le soir. Hôte très réactive et amicale. Merci encore à Carolina qui a été aux petits soins pour que nous passions un très bon séjour !

El piso está muy bien situado, cerca del centro de la ciudad. Aparcamos sin problema durante nuestra estancia. Nos sentimos como en casa, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Solo como pequeño detalle ( y quizás seamos nosotros un poco exigentes), echamos en falta algún detalle para el desayuno, pero en general todo fue perfecto. ¡Recomendable sin duda!

L’allotjament ha sigut millor del que esperàvem, tot estava molt ben ordenat i la descripció corresponia perfectament amb el que oferia. Però sobretot, moltes gràcies Nico per està en tot moment molt pendent de si teníem algun problema o dubte, l’atenció ha sigut molt bona.

My husband and l have just returned from this beautiful apartment, we miss it already! The view is amazing, the apartment is quiet, cool and comfortable and has everything you would need. We rented a car, and it was a great base to explore the island, but also within walking distance of great restaurants and a beautiful beach. Just perfect! We hope to return!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Eléna. Le logement est parfait, très beau, fonctionnel, propre et une superbe vue face à la mer. L environnement est superbe et tout est à disposition à quelques minutes (supermarchés, restaurants, boulangerie...). L'endroit était calme. Bref, le top. Je conseille vivement le logement d'Elena qui est également une hôte charmante et réactive. Merci Eléna, nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances !

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung super wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr sauber und hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Es ist ruhig gelegen, weshalb ein Mietwagen auf jeden Fall sinnvoll ist. Es gibt nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer & in den Schlafzimmern Deckenventilatoren. Das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni,la casa è molto pulita,molto bello il giardino con un prato al sole e anche piante che fanno ombra davanti ad una piccola piscina. Damia è stato sempre molto gentile e presente. Avendo un auto ,il paese è in una zona molto comoda per raggiungere i posti più belli dell'isola e ci sono ristoranti dove si mangia benissimo

This apartment is in a prime location with restaurants and a small supermarket all within easy walking distance. It’s comfortable and has lovely shared grounds that are kept pristine and a lovely pool with dappled shade. Julie Anne was always responsive to any questions and was brilliant when I got my dates wrong!! Thank you for my lovely stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence ! Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien décoré ! La piscine commune très grande est un plus non négligeable ! Près de Ciutadella il nous a servi d’un excellent point de base pour découvrir les magnifiques criques de la côte sud de Minorque. Nous recommandons fortement !

Estuvimos una semana y fue todo fantastico: el apartamento , su ubicacicíon para visitar calas cercanas y las más lejanas. La piscina fue muy útil además de grande y cuidada. Nos prepararon todo para que nuestro bebé tuviera cuna y trona. Repetiremos si tenemos la suErte de volver a Menorca. Muy contentos con TODO.

Loved this place in Menorca! Walking distance to the nearest beach with a lot of great resturant options nereby. The host answered all my million questions which I truly appreciate. Only thing was that I wish there was more toiletries and towels available as we ran out of them quick, but other than that it was great stay!

This is a beautiful apartment in a stunning location. The view of the bay is incredible. The pool is kept clean every day, and was beautiful... if a little cold in april! The beach was beautiful, although unfortunatly when we stayed there had been lots of jellyfish in the sea and washed up on the beach. We went out of season but there was still a few resteraunts open locally, and a local pub, pharmacy and supermarket. We hired a car and it was so easy to get around the island to explore.

We had a great time there. The beautiful beach, pool, restaurants, and a super market are all within walking distance. The beach is so nice, peaceful, and family friendly. Our kids loved to play there. There is a hiking trail next to the apartment which I took for morning jogging. Luis was very nice and responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family of 5 with kids. We love to go back there!

Hem gaudit molt de l'apartament, hi hem trobat tot el que necessitàvem i l'entorn és excel•lent per descansar. L'amfitrió ens ha atès a la perfecció :)

We had a lovely stay at Elena's place with our 5 month old baby. Elena provided a travel cot and helpful recommendations. The pool area is very nice and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a BBQ and sun loungers which we really liked. There are also nice restaurants by Cala Blanca beach (Paralia and Marea) and also Cala Santandria (Bahia and Sa Nacra). I'd highly recommend Elena as a host and her apartment- thank you Elena!
