Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Son Parc

Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage in Ciutadella! Die Unterkunft war super, genau wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation perfekt, direkt erreichbar und sofort geholfen, die Lage TOP! Super nett, perfekt zum ausgehen, auch mit Kindern, einfach zu erreichen und sehr gemütlich! Gemütlich frühstücken oder abends den Tag auf der Dachterasse ausklingen lassen! Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank, Gracias!

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. David est un hôte toujours disponible et réactif pour répondre à nos questions. Son appartement est très bien situé, très bien équipé avec une terrasse et une piscine fortement apprécié. À notre arrivée des petites attentions sympathiques nous attendaient . Une place de parking est disponible avec l’appartement , le quartier est très calme . Nous reviendrons

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

One of our favorite Airbnb locations! The views were just incredible. It was so peaceful and quiet. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. You do need to stock up on supplies but the grocery store is very close. It would have been nice to have more beach towels. We came from far away so couldn’t bring them with us easily. They do use a property manager so there is an extra charge for check in flexibility though they were kind enough to waive it for an hour early. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Très agréable petite maison, jardin et terrasse appréciables. Très propre, très bien équipée (Vaisselle et ustensiles très bon état, transat, parasol, glacière). Literie confortable. Tout est parfait. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons à 100 %

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la qualité des informations proposées par Anna notamment sur l'accès, les restaurants et les lieux incontournables de Minorque en juin. L'intérieur était décoré avec goût et c'était conforme aux descriptions et bien équipé. Le seul bémol est la vue qui n'est pas mer et sur un terrain de tennis abandonné (dommage) et le bruit car les couloirs car cela raisonnait beaucoup. Malgré cela l'emplacement est idéal car très proche de la Ciutadela (10 min en voiture indispensable), du Cami Cavalls, le sentier qui parcours le tour de l'ile et qui est tout juste incroyable ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette crique avec nos apéros couchers de soleil sur la plage :-)

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement et un environnement très agréable, très bien entretenu et très calme Mention speciale pour l'espace piscine très agréable pour démarrer et finir la journée. Raoul et Véronica ont été très réactifs et soucieux de notre bien être. On recommande vivement.

Appartement parfaitement conforme à la description. La vue est absolument magnifique. L'emplacement est très pratique pour visiter l'ïle. Grande piscine collective très peu fréquentée à proximité immédiate. Parfait.

Apartamento precioso, funcional y con todo tipo de comodidades. Terraza amplia con césped natural donde jugar y disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas. Piscina grande y una comunidad tranquila. Sin duda repetiremos. Gracias por todo Peter!!!

Elena heeft ons voorzien met een prima vakantie appartement. Het was fijn en het uitzicht was prachtig. Ook heeft ze ons nog extra spullen geleverd zoals een kinderbed en deken. Dit was erg fijn voor ons zoontje. Bedankt voor het fijne contact en het verzorgen van een prettige accommodatie voor onze vakantie.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Manuel’s place is very well equipped and, although on the smaller side, it offered plenty of space for three adults and our 5-month-old. The terrace is beautiful—especially in the evenings—and the pool is a great size and depth, and was often empty when we wanted to use it. What really makes this place stand out is Manuel’s attention to detail and thoughtful touches. He provided us with a fantastic list of activities, local beaches, and restaurant recommendations, which made exploring so easy. The local beach just a few minutes’ drive away ended up being our favourite of all the places we visited—plenty of space and very relaxing. I’d highly recommend staying here. We’d love to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Eléna. Le logement est parfait, très beau, fonctionnel, propre et une superbe vue face à la mer. L environnement est superbe et tout est à disposition à quelques minutes (supermarchés, restaurants, boulangerie...). L'endroit était calme. Bref, le top. Je conseille vivement le logement d'Elena qui est également une hôte charmante et réactive. Merci Eléna, nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances !

Pablo estaba en todo momento atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La ubicación increíble, zona muy tranquila y perfecta para aparcar. El apartamento muy cómodo. Ha sido una estancia genial, repetiríamos sin duda!

Wij hebben met ons gezin een geweldige vakantie in het huis van Guillermo gehad. Het is een ruim, mooi huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Guillermo is een fijne host: heel gastvrij, vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Het huis is op 5 minuten lopen van de baai van Font de sa Cala gelegen. Met de auto ben je in 15 minuten bij andere mooie stranden in de regio. Dank je wel voor het verblijf in jouw huis Guillermo, we hopen in de toekomst nog eens terug te komen!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, wenn ich Fragen hatte.

Super séjour , je recommande ce logement surtout avec des enfants c’est parfait ! La résidence avec les piscines, le parc de jeux, le supermarché, la plage et des restaurants sont tout proches c’est génial. Rober a été très agréable et disponible :-).

We (gezin met 2 kinderen van 8 en 10 jaar) hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit fantastische appartement. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, duidelijk en snel met communiceren en geven je een zeer warm welkom (inclusief heerlijk zelfgemaakte koekjes). Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en brandschoon. En echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement, er is overal aan gedacht. We hebben het ook erg gewaardeerd dat je bijvoorbeeld een koelbox mocht gebruiken. Er is veel aandacht besteed aan een verblijf met kinderen, er liggen allerlei spelletjes en speelgoed klaar en ook de tweede slaapkamer is met aandacht voor kinderen ingericht. We voelden ons direct thuis. De grote tuin is prachtig en er heerst een oase aan rust. Het zwembad is geweldig en heerlijk warm water. Er liggen allerlei handdoeken klaar, inclusief grote badlakens voor bij het zwembad. Deze locatie is echt een aanrader!

l'appartamento si trova in una bellissima posizione. C'era una piscina a disposizione pulita e molto bella. L'appartamento era comodo con una bellissima terrazza e una visuale spettacolare. Era dotato di ogni comfort e la comunicazione con il proprietario era eccellente ;ci ha dato molti consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza consiglio questo appartamento vivamente.

Appartement super bien situé à 4min à pied de l’eau ! Une piscine ouverte à toute heure. Commerce à côté. L’hôte est super réactive avant et pendant la location. Logement identique aux photos super agréable il y a ce qu’il faut. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Un super belle vue au réveil
