This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Nice, super clean and equipped apartment, as shown in the photo. Fully functioning wifi and value for money. Very convenient location for free car parking easily reachable. We also received beach towels and beach umbrella. Very kind and always responsive host. Area not really central, but still quiet and comfortable both to enjoy the sea and the beach, a short walk from the apartment, and to visit the island.

Amazing place to stay in Cala Millor! Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the noise!

The flat is centrally located in Capdepera. Through the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of the village, to the castle and you can even see the sea. Communication was excellent and I felt very comfortable from the beginning.

The stay at Miquell's place was really great. Great apartment, clean and everything you need. In front of the building, there is a public parking lot where we could leave our rental car. Miquell was always available for questions. Accommodation is recommended!

The apartment is wonderfully quiet and only a few minutes walk to the center with many restaurants, great vegetable shop, bars and a beach. On the other side you can walk directly to a beach through a grove in about 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms are pure luxury. Only one vegetable peel was missing and the wifi does not reach into the back rooms, which was not a problem for us. Since the terrace is covered, you can sit outside even in rainy weather. The neighbors on the right are very nice and communicative. Parking was also no problem and check-in and check-out super easy. We had a great time and would stay there again anytime. Absolute 10/10 the accommodation has everything you need for a few nice days. The location is very central but still far enough outside to have your peace in the evening and find enough parking. From the property you can quickly reach several beaches on foot and is very fixed by the sea. But the absolute highlight for us was the balcony with the view of the harbor. Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly the large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical remarks: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for the one without the stairs. - in our house there was a coffee maker for powdered coffee - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind the closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

Kati is the kindest and most thoughtful host we've ever had the pleasure of staying with. We didn't meet her in person but from our very first interaction her warmth and joy in hosting shone through. I can't thank her enough for the kindness and support she showed when we couldn't make it to the airport 2-hours before flying due to a sudden illness. If there was an award for host of the year I would nominate Kati in a heartbeat. As for the apartment, again, Kati had thought of everything. From toiletries to beach towels, to a bathroom step and toilet seat for 3-year old and books and toys for her to play with. It was so equipped. She messaged a couple of days into our holiday to ask if there was anything we needed and she was responsive to our requests throughout our stay. Font de Sa Cala is beautiful, albeit a little more "resorty" than places we're used to staying. Perfect for a week in the sun but due to the storms we found ourselves driving further to entertain our little one.

A very nice place with very good amenities and great hosts. The view of the sea and the pool is the highlight of the house. The path to the house is a bit tedious, as you have to use steep roads and the music from the surrounding hotel is sometimes a bit noisy. But we would come back again and again and had a great time!

The Airbnb was amazing. Lovely location and the beach was very close. It was lovely and would recommend.

Very nice stay with very accommodating hosts, the apartment has everything you need. It is a bit old, but it was perfect for us, especially the possibility to use the hotel pool was great. Thx

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
