I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It was very clean and cozy. Location was perfect. The host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back and can only recommend this apartment.

Our experience at Vistasol Apartamentos was simply wonderful from start to finish! The stunning view from our room took our breath away every single morning — you really can’t beat waking up to the Mediterranean sparkling in front of you. The staff truly made our stay special. From the warm smiles that greeted us every day to the lively and charming Jean Pierre at reception who made us feel instantly welcome. We also want to give a big thank you to two lovely ladies at reception who were incredibly helpful and kind — answering all our questions with patience and genuine care. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The buffet was a dream — so much variety and everything was absolutely delicious! Vistasol is more than just a place to stay — it’s a place where you feel looked after. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for the unforgettable memories! The location is really perfect, nothing to say on that side: central, convenient and in a nice neighborhood. On the other hand, some basic elements are missing to make the stay more comfortable. Upon arrival, there was no water or coffee or anything to refresh oneself, which is a minimum, especially when you arrive late as was my case (around midnight). There is no mirror anywhere other than in the bathroom, which can be inconvenient on a daily basis. In addition, it does not seem possible to have breakfast on site in good conditions, the space is not really suitable. Too bad, because with a few simple improvements, this place could really be great. I still recommend it for the location, but I hope these small details will be reviewed for future travelers.

The apartment surprised us positively and we immediately felt comfortable. Great location in the village and beautiful balcony, excellently equipped for a beach holiday. Both the apartment and the cool roof terrace with the phenomenal view were great. We would immediately return to the apartment for our beach vacation in Canyamel. Thanks to Lourdes for the excellent and proactive communication.

We stayed in loft 5 which was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, very clean and I felt like being in a nice hotel. The location is superb, regardless it is in the very Center of Palma - it was really quiet. Absolutely nothing to complain about Can Rubi.

Everything about our stay was top notch. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been better, or improved. We’ve already shared the details of the property with others. We’d also have no hesitation in coming back. Might hire a car next time to explore a bit further afield. All in all a superb place. Muchos gracias!

The location of the place is just perfect. In a side street, right in the center. You have everything on your doorstep and can enjoy the amenities of Palma to the fullest.

Absolutely fabulous apartment - spacious, clean, nicely appointed. The terrace in particular is really wonderful - amazing views out and a glorious place to hang out. Location is perfect in Port de Pollenca, just along the promenade from numerous restaurants and bars and supermarkets. Great tips from Sebastia on restaurants. We also really appreciated the welcome pack of water, coffee, milk etc - nice little touches and felt very considerate. Bedroom is at the back so very quiet and has it's own air con which was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat! Overall - an absolutely excellent stay, highly highly recommend.

We received a warm welcome from Catalina and she showed us around the apartment. Her daughter Teresa gave great instructions on how to find the villa apartment, and she is also very friendly and helpful We were given a lovely selection of fresh fruit, some coffee, tea, beer, fruit juice which was a nice surprise. The apartment was comfortable and ideal for a couple. The setting is peaceful with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave when our holiday came to an end. We would recommend this location as an ideal base to explore what is a very beautiful part of Mallorca.

This house is fantastic. With a beautiful view over the sea at Port d’Adrantx, walking distance from restaurants and bars, and a very spacious balcony with view over the sea. Great place, and exactly as advertised with the photos. !

This accommodation was our favorite from our trip to Spain. We had access to private parking, the accommodation was very clean. The location of the accommodation is ideal, 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. Several restaurants around. I highly recommend it, especially since the hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a splendid sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
