Perfect place perfect location

My family and I enjoyed our 2 night stay at Kathy’s place. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed plus some! Kathy was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We cooked both nights, we had all utensils we needed at our fingertips. The condo wasn’t located inside Seven Springs as I thought but it was a short 4 min drive which wasn’t too bad. There’s also free shuttle service available, we didn’t use it but it’s good to have as an option if you don’t want to deal with parking at the resort. The unit is located at the bottom of the building so there are a few flight of steps to get to the unit. There’s a local store 2 minutes away but it’s expensive. We drove to family dollar about 12 minutes away. I’d definitely stay there again and again! The location is perfect. It’s also very quiet and relaxing.

Nice place, bunk bed room is great. It's across the street and up a hill from the Continental slope - like a 1-minute walk to the slope. Has everything you need. Solid spot.

Kenneth’s property is immaculate. Everything is modernized and fresh. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely rent this property again.

This place was a great location and truly ski in and ski out! It was great for our family for our 4 night stay. We had a smooth check in and check out experience. Looking forward to coming back to this area again.

This place is clean, super convenient to get to the slope and have a beautiful view! Mark is very responsive and flexible. We had a good time!

I had the best time with my husband and my daughter. Fred's place is on the ski slope and I was very happy to look out at the trail all hours of the day and night. It was great to ski the morning, go in for lunch and ski until dinner.

Dani was very responsive, we were confused about parking, but she responded right away with more instructions. The kitchen was nicely stocked and I was impressed (and appreciated) how kid friendly it was!

Great place. Had a few steps to get up to the room but a great view from the little patio. We had 6 guys and the 2 rooms included was perfect.

Immaculate townhome! Felt like home and was great for our family. Plenty of room with large open kitchen and family area. Our host, Richard, was very responsive to questions we had. Very convenient if you’re going skiing/snowboarding at Seven Springs. It was just a short 5 min shuttle ride. We called for a shuttle early before normal hours and it arrived within 3 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Courtney's place was super convenient to the slopes. My family was able to ski from the place and came back and forth all weekend to eat and rest. Additionally, it was so nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The main living area was large enough to hang out and relax.

We had an amazing stay. it was peaceful, relaxing & still close to the resort. The place has a large living area, dining area and kitchen. Master bed was very comfy & we had absolutely everything we needed! They even had sensitive Dove shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. It was only 2 of us on this trip but the 2nd bedroom could easily accommodate 4 more people. Friends of our stayed in the other units & our living space was almost double theirs! We were going to the resort for TAC every day but one day we had a free day & went into Somerset & went antique hunting at Henry's and Sugar Grove! Henry's is true hidden gem!! We also ventured out to Coalfields Diner Saturday night for prime rib & it was incredible!! Worth the 30 min drive! We especially loved driving on the local roads, seeing longhorn steer, farms & enjoying the gorgeous woods & views. We can't wait to come back & can't recommend it enough!! Thank you Kurt & Emma!! This was our fourth year in a row staying at this incredible ski-in, ski-out condo, and it continues to be the highlight of our winter! Our family loves spending time here—cooking home-cooked meals in the well-stocked kitchen, playing games, reading in the cozy living room, and, of course, hitting the slopes just steps from the door. The location truly can’t be beaten, and the condo has everything we need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year! Highly recommend! ❄️⛷️🏔️

Great communication, perfect location for our conference, easy check-in/check-out, was able to trouble shoot a minor issue very quickly. Very pleasant stay, felt right at home and safe. We would definitely book again!

We loved it Add stargazing in the night time, was unforgettable. Never experienced something like this till day! Good summer relaxed weekend spend. Beds are super comfy Hopefully we will come back in winters.

The accomodations were great. Heated pool & hot tub were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion/vacation.

The Toasted Marshmallow was clean, cozy and perfect for two guests. it is located in a great neighborhood surrounded by beautiful scenery. I would recommend this to others and plan to return again in the future.
