Modern apartment located in a building that in 700' housed the offices of the bank in the ancient Jewish ghetto of Gorizia. It offers a spacious kitchen connected directly to the living room, a double bedroom, a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A great accommodation. The farmhouse with winery, very nice and well renovated with a magnificent view of the vineyards that surround it. A few minutes from Gorizia and Nova Gorica, an oasis of peace the house has every comfort but at the same time a very genuine elegance of past times , as are the owners, You can perceive from the details of the house they have a lot of passion and are very respectful of the nature that surrounds them. Generous breakfast, grill, and outdoor decor. Great for staying with friends or large family.

We loved this place! Absolutely wonderful location and excellent views! Easy parking and in a charming little village. We especially loved how close it was to Ferdinand Winery (be sure to visit for an excellent tour and tasking) and close to Restaurant Belica and you do NOT want to miss it- the food is exceptional (we went twice!) Again stay here and visit these locations you’ll very happy you did

This was my second stay here, this time for a week with family ( husband and 2,5 year old toddler), and it didn’t disappoint! We had a wonderful time and the house is extremely friendly for babies and children, my daughter loved her cot, and all the toys that Luca prepared for her :) she had naps every day in the garden in her stroller accompanied with birds’ songs. We also kicked the ball in the garden and interacted with a lovely neighbor. The house was very clean and we found everything functioning and well designed. We did not have a car, and managed to walk everywhere on feet as both cities are very walkable and pretty. Highly recommend Luca’s place, it really felt like home for these couple of days!
