Overall we had a great experience staying here. We are a couple that stayed for one week. It is just as described and looks just like photos. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station which we found to be really easy/helpful to get around for our first time in Paris. Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to get the Netflix up and working for us. Very kind and attentive.

Каково было наше удивление, когда мы с балкона увидели светящуюся Эйфелеву башню🥹 Нам запомнилась эта квартира и мы с удовольствием приедем еще раз! Большое спасибо за гостеприимство

séjour parfait, très calme,, confortable. il est facile de se garer juste devant le logement. Très bonne communication avec Géraldine, elle est vraiment top. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Super séjour ! L’appartement était propre, spacieux et baigné de lumière. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise, comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme, propre et très agréable, avec tous les commerces à proximité, et la gare d’Enghien est juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôte a été très réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Nos quedamos un mes con mi pareja y es el lugar ideal para estar en París por el tiempo que prefieras, hay 2 estaciones de metro que te llevan al centro en 15 minutos, mercados y entretetenimiento. Las tiendas al rededor son económicas y delphine siempre está cerca para lo que se llegue a necesitar.

The place was excellent,very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We loved the decoration.Lilian was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is close to transportation. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was small but perfect for two people, just the right size for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. It probably wouldn’t work for more than two guests, but since the listing is made for two, it was exactly what we expected. Pierre was an absolutely fantastic host. We asked him where to buy ice, and he thoughtfully let us know he’d already left ice trays in the freezer so we could make our own, super convenient! He also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, which really helped us enjoy the area. The location was super handy too, really close to a McDonald’s, which came in clutch for late-night snacks after long days out. Also, the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks, including some cold Lipton tea, which was amazing to come home to on hot days. Pierre was always quick to respond, usually within minutes, definitely within an hour, and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive he was.

L’appartement correspondait à la description et à nos attentes: propre, refait à neuf, bien localisé et à prix raisonnable. Des épiceries, boulangeries, pâtisseries et restaurants à proximité. Le transport public facilement accessible à partir de la gare à quelques minutes de marche nous connecte à tous le réseaux de la région de Paris (château de Versailles, musée du Louvre, Tour Eiffel, etc.). Fabienne nous a reçus à bras ouverts et donnés plusieurs conseils et suggestions sur le transport et activités. Nous n’hésiterions pas à louer cet appartement à nouveau.

Super logement, très propre, hôte très disponible par message, je recommande fortement. Horaire très intéressante qui nous permet de bien profiter de l appartement et notamment du jaccuzi mis à notre disposition 😁

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Néophita’s place was beautiful! Extremely spacious and comfortable, very clean and easy to get to, our host was very accommodating when it came to our late check in time and was extremely lovely to chat with and such a joy! Next time I stay in Paris with a group of friends I would absolutely choose to stay here again! Thank you so much!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Logement hyper pratique, agréable et confortable, la baignoire balneo est vraiment un plus, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
