The apartment had all the necessities and was clean. I enjoyed the stay!

I rented the apartment for a long period of time. It's a very nice apartment. Just like in the photo. 2 separate bedrooms and a studio kitchen. There are air conditioners in each room. There is a boiler that warms very quickly and a washing machine. Super nice apartment complex. On the ground floor there is always light and internet, elevators are always working, even in case of turning off the lights. The elevators are new, driving fast and very smoothly. If you connect the router and wifi, when you turn off the light in the apartment, there will be an Internet. A very pleasant hostess of the apartment, pleasant in communication and always helps if there are any problems or questions. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Right next (50 meters) - large grocery store, restaurants, outlet. There is a new mail nearby. There are several small parks nearby for walking (near the Zhytomyrska metro station and near the bus station dacha). I highly recommend both this apartment and this residential complex. Rent, you won't regret it.

Excellent location 5 mins to metro station, and classic market across the street the aparment is super clean with all you need to stay from few days to weeks in Kyiv

The flat was amazing, very clean, convenient, all the things you could ask for: dishwasher, iron, washing machine, wee balcony, spacious and nicely equipped bathroom. Beautiful view meeting the sunsets every evening. The host was very friendly and responsive, gave loads of lovely recommendations about the restaurants, amenities, coffeeshops and even the shelter options in case of shelling. Absolutely happy with my stay, the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, quite accessible by walking (Rusanivska island) - just what you need when you come for a specific business in nearby areas.

I had the pleasure of staying at Viktor’s property before the hostilities began and have always held it in the highest regard. Since my last visit, he has maintained the place impeccably. The location is ideal, and the interior is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The sauna and Jacuzzi are truly exceptional features that add a luxurious touch. Beautiful, cozy, apartment with everything you need. Located right in the heart of Kyiv with a terrace that overlooks it all. Just a few blocks off the Maidan, close to the metro, surrounded by shops & restaurants. Definitely felt safe walking around. Host was always very responsive.

Great Apartment for Kyiv. Amenities offered worked. Host may be more responsive off the Airbnb platform. But Host was responsive enough on Airbnb under the conditions. Apartment is well-maintained and clean in a very central location. Furniture is well-maintained.
