The main building is newly built in 2021 with a new and fresh kitchen and bathroom. Wood-fired fireplace. Open, bright floor plan. Large windows and glass doors facing the lake. Newly built sauna (ready to use), but the exterior and gazebo are still under construction. Quiet area close to forest with nice trails, including Bergslagsleden. Golf course about 3 km away.

The pearl in Tolvsbo

A very nice accommodation with lake property and beach in a fantastic location. Inside, there is a large area that combines kitchen with living room containing a cozy fireplace. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. No washing machine. Room for six people as the sofa is a sofa bed. The water is not drinkable but dishwashable. There is a filled 10-liter jug on arrival that can be refilled inside the village's local Ica store. Small cottage on the property with four additional beds. Rowboat and canoe are down on the beach. Fishing license required.

Fantastic house with wonderful lake location

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Fint hus med stort allrum och kök med öppen eld, badrum och 4 sovrum. Perfekt både på sommaren och vintern. Finns extra madrasser samt ett gästhus och bastubyggnad med extra dusch och toalett. Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan, båt (3,5hk) för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Härlig löprunda på 4,5km runt Björsund. Stor altan med grill och pingisbord.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Apartment in the middle of Söderbärke

Accommodation in the middle of the village, close to Ica, swimming at Hagudden, Folkets park and the harbor. Beautiful nature and great opportunities for outdoor recreation. Cross-country skiing in Norberg (30 min), Smedjebacken (10 min) and Ljungåsen (45 min). Alpine skiing Uvbergsbacken in Smedjebacken and 45 minutes to Romme Alpin. In summer, there are many lakes for swimming, fishing and paddling. There are nice gravel roads and trails for mountain biking.

Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
