The accommodation is even better than the photos and description. Large and extremely comfortable apartment. It is close to everything in the Serra Negra Center. The host is excellent and responds quickly to any communication that needs to be made. It is only worth noting that the apartment is on the second floor and has no elevator (for us it is not a problem, but if there is someone with special needs it can be a hindrance).

Katia was very attentive and flexible with our family. In the apartment, there was a welcome letter with some chocolates from the region. In addition, I had a kit for my pet. Katia provided a portable crib for my baby. The apartment was very clean and all the appliances were working. It had all the necessary utensils for meal preparation. The bathroom has a great shower flow and the water can be adjusted to the temperature. There was a hair dryer if you needed to dry your hair. The beds are very comfortable and the blankets are very soft and fragrant. There's a construction site next door, but the noise didn't bother me. There are two supermarkets nearby, just across the street there was one and up the hill there was another, less than 50 meters away. The center is three blocks away, but it's close. The building is quite safe and the street is very quiet.

Every detail was thought out with care and care, which makes all the difference. It exceeded all expectations! Cleaning: The cleanliness is worthy of praise ,all extremely clean, smells and well taken care of. You can notice the whim in every corner of the property. A true example of excellence in this regard. Bed and bath linens: Bed and bath linens are of very high quality, clean, smelling and super comfortable. Sleeping and bathing in so much comfort was a real pleasure. Details like this make a big difference! Perfect location, close to everything . Gratitude 🙏🏻

Perfect space, exactly as in the pictures and as described. Everything was clean and organized. Excellent location, quiet, quiet and downtown, easy to find, check in is also easy. The formidable, very comfortable bed. Covered garage and inside the building. Friendly host, very kindly responding quickly and clearly, and sent us a tour itinerary with recommendations of places, which has helped us a lot (well prepared). My note is 10. The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

The house, organization, cleaning and communication, surprised me and my husband a lot! An extremely clean house, with all the necessary items for a quiet and unparalleled stay, a heated pool and a breathtaking view! For sure we will return.

We spent quiet days at home! The house has a tv with several streamings, a pleasant BBQ area. If you want to go to relax on the network, it will be a great place, as it is very quiet. Carol is very solicited and quickly answered my questions. Carol's father gave us a homemade bread that was delicious.

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

I was very well received by Fatima. Very kind... we felt at home. In addition to the receptivity in receiving our pets. Our city tour was a 1,000!! It is very much due to the location and receptivity of the AP. I highly recommend it!!
