Sheila's house is that place where you rent an accommodation and get a view that is worth more. Everything works and is clean. Necessary kitchen equipment and even a complete barbecue kit made the stay more pleasant. The place is safe, which provides peace of mind at night and when leaving the house.

The house is very cozy and the leisure area is incredible, we really enjoy walking around, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the house there is a lake, a coffee shop around 1 km from the property, a fishing spot, a brewery… everything is close. The main thing is that my pet was super calm and loved the property.

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked several questions in the group they created, and they responded promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

Ricardo was very proactive in helping us check in, in addition to always being super flexible and friendly. It's my second year with him, and as always, he offered me a ride from the bus station to the place. In addition, he offered a ride to my friend, who was not even staying at the place, and took her to another hotel. The place was extremely clean and well equipped, much better than several hotels I have stayed in. He brought a gallon of drinking water that he had asked about. I certainly recommend staying with him (not only in this place, but in the others as well), and I would have priority in choosing him as a host among the others.

The apartment is great, very clear, airy and spacious. Me, my husband and my children feel at home. It is located in the square of the mother church, a very pleasant place, close to everything, commerce, great restaurants, pipoqueiro in the square, church bell. The parking lot is one block from the apartment, which is on the second floor (three flights of stairs only). The Hosts were very cordial and available. The apartment was very clean and organized. Apartment exactly like the photos, great location, quiet neighbors, very helpful and friendly building staff, we stayed a month and had no relevant complaints! I would stay in the apartment again with peace of mind!

Katia was very attentive and flexible with our family. In the apartment, there was a welcome letter with some chocolates from the region. In addition, I had a kit for my pet. Katia provided a portable crib for my baby. The apartment was very clean and all the appliances were working. It had all the necessary utensils for meal preparation. The bathroom has a great shower flow and the water can be adjusted to the temperature. There was a hair dryer if you needed to dry your hair. The beds are very comfortable and the blankets are very soft and fragrant. There's a construction site next door, but the noise didn't bother me. There are two supermarkets nearby, just across the street there was one and up the hill there was another, less than 50 meters away. The center is three blocks away, but it's close. The building is quite safe and the street is very quiet.

Espaço is as described: pleasant, clean, beautiful and functional. The stay is close to the municipal resort, and close to the center, which makes it easy to access the main restaurants of the city and the Adhemar de Barros square. The room is very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with a minibar, stove, microwave and utensils, such as glasses, cutlery, dishes, among others. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower is excellent. The bed is also very comfortable. We enjoyed the trip! We would come back!

I would like to express, on behalf of my entire family, our satisfaction in having enjoyed peaceful and invigorating days in the AP of Mr. Neusa and Cláudio and administered by Giovana, their daughter. The AP is a delight, reminiscent of a grandmother's house that embraces you in every detail, we feel the care and affection in every corner as well as the support that the family gave us in an unexpected health situation. Quiet place, super clean, everything well arranged, I will return more often

We were in Bruna's apartment from 06/13 to 06/15 and we were very well received by Mr. Artur, Bruna's father, gave us all the tips about the place. Bruna is always very attentive and always responds very quickly to all messages that are sent. As for the apartment, it is simple but very clean and well arranged and complete with bed and bath linens, and it is in a calm and quiet place. I recommend hosting. Very good cost benefit.

Apartment with a great location, everything new and clean. Exactly as in the advertisement. For my taste, single mattresses are very soft, but I know it is not possible to please everyone. I no longer recommend it to those who prefer a firmer mattress! Great quality towels, sheets and blankets, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decoration. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll definitely be back.

excellent stay! Marilza gave us several tips on places to go, eat, shop... The apartment is simple, but very clean and organized, offering items for cooking quietly. Even though it is located in the center, the place is quiet, you can't hear the noise from the street. For those who want to go shopping and stroll around the city, you can leave your car parked and do everything on foot. We left the car on the street and had no problem. Although there are some parking lots nearby. We loved the stay!!!
