Good communication, room like on the pictures, location 10/10 - I can totally recommend this place :) Also we used the shuttle service from the airport. Everyone worked out very smooth. Thanks a lot.

Not the kind of place for large heavy luggage or people with knee/back injuries - the stair cases are steep and tricky to navigate if so. I travelled with one 7 kilo backpack which was perfect. This is One of my Favourite Airbnbs in the world! Light, minimalist, everything you need, safe for single female (just lock the gate in front of your door before you sleep) and relatively private. I went to Laika cafe around the corner every day for the best salted ice coffee and ate from local shops around the area which were great. Walking distance to the lake, water puppet theatre, French and old quarters and is quiet most nights with a few bars across the road and proximity to jazz clubs. I loved sitting out on the balcony eating cold seasonal fruits and writing while watching the traffic go by. I bought extra tea and snacks but there were cookies and ice tea sachets in the room. 7-11 is close by. Organised airport pick up with host which went smoothly. I would stay here again!

The best room I have ever stayed in! All of the home interiors are very clean and modern. The host was very nice, and communicative although I checked in quite late! Certainly come back here! 💯💯💯

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb—and we absolutely loved it. Van Anh was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The cosy apartment was beautifully decorated, with soft pastel-colored paintings adding a warm, inviting touch to the walls. The view from the balcony was simply priceless. Anytime we needed assistance, Van Anh responded promptly and graciously. She even went out of her way to help us store our excess luggage while we travelled to Sapa. We’ll always remember our stay at Van Anh’s place with great fondness.

Jesse was a wonderful host. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was perfect. A short walk to the Old Quarter if you want to get into the hustle and bustle but the right amount of clam if you need a little escape. There are lots of things close by to the apartment. The staff at the coffee shop were super lovely too. It was a great base for exploring Hanoi !! Thank you !

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, everything was spotless and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

The place was very nice and neat, but the location is like a kilometer away from Old Quarter shopping area so you either walk for minutes or take a grab car. Overall, the place felt homey and the hosts were so kind, and even allowed us to do early check in.

It's probably the best place for a short layover in the area. I'm glad I was able to be you guest. Host was so polite and friendly he even drove me to the nearest pharmacy instead of letting me go alone at night. In addition there's a nice piano in the hall :)

Great place to stay when you arrive at night. Clean, equipped with all you need (fridge, TV, AC, personal toilet and shower). Right next to the airport (5 mins by car). It is possible to arrange a pickup at the airport (even in the middle of the night). Host is nice and communicative.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft und Anlage in der Natur, etwas abgelegen von Hanoi. Wir haben ein schönes Café in der Umgebung entdeckt und uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war kein Problem spät einzuchecken und unsere Paketsendungen entgegen zu nehmen.

Für uns 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) hat es sehr gut gepasst. Das große Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer (Privatsphäre) - haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Der Pool war supertoll. Es sind Getränke usw da, das war super. Auf dem Gelände sind weitere, kleinere Unterkünfte von Moon, sehr gepflegte Anlage, angenehm ruhig wenn man gerade aus Hanoi kommt. Die Küche ist outdoor. Mopedverleih hat geklappt und ist empfehlenswert, da fußläufig nicht viel los ist. Moon ist immer sofort erreichbar, gibt Tipps für die Umgebung. Verständigung mit dem Personal vor Ort via Übersetzungsapp. Unbedingt Thành Chương's Viet Palace anschauen gehen!! Danke!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! We had such a relaxing time. Thanks! 😊

Absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and communication with was excellent. Site located to some sort of military area so very protected and safe. Gorgeous view to colonial house. Super quiet as well so can sleep peacefully. Highly recommend!

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Everything was great! I really liked this place — it’s close to the lake and just as described. Would stay here again.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

What a fantastic place to stay! Chau was the perfect host and was prepared to do whatever necessary to make our stay a breeze. We loved the location, close enough to everything but far enough away to get some quiet time. Apartment also has a washing machine which was great. Thanks again for a wonderful experience x
