Very nice house, clean and convenient. Very close to Dai Lai lake so it is very convenient to go out to play in the evening or early morning. The landlord is also very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended! :)

It was a very satisfying trip.

We loved staying at Rose House, We were the only ones staying in the compound of small houses. It was very peacefula nd private. Ms Hien was so helpful with checking in daily to make sure we had what we needed and topped up towels, toilet paper, and cleaned. Ammenities were great, kitchen equipment perfect for Vietnamese style cooking, but if youa re a westerner double check with the manager first to make sure what is there so you can bring extra items that are suitable for western style cooking. Pool was fresh and mountain stream clean. The surroundinga rea was lovely to walk around and the house was so homey. Loved it!

Recommend recommend recommend!! Beautiful home and wonderful hosts! The place itself is lovely, quiet, private and most of all clean! Fresh water is provided too which was a bonus. A little ways out of Hanoi but perfect to get away from the hustle bustle of the old-quarter city life. The host and housekeeper go above and beyond, letting us know all that was available in the area, restaurants, convenience stores etc how far away from the house - they even have push bikes and scooter to hire which was super convenient! I was quite ill with food poisoning during my stay and they did a run for me to get medication, food and checked on me regularly - they very concerned for my health and made sure I was okay. I couldn’t thank them enough for the hospitality. Very grateful and would 100% recommend anyone to stay!

Although I was the 1st guest to book this place on Airbnb but I feel very secure as the host was really responsive and supportive. Had a wonderful stay at Velia Villa! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Mint was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had a seamless experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! The host also prepared all the coal and ice for our bbq dinner which is really thoughtful ❤️ cant wait to comeback to this place again 👍

Truly a gem of a find! Huong was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her stay was exactly as described. Spotless, comfortable, homey, and that view in the morning (especially) at night, is breathtaking! Would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hanoi anytime soon!

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

This was the best place we stayed in Vietnam. The hosts themselves came for the check-in and check -out. The property is very well maintained, neat and clean. One can find a comfort of home and luxury of hotel in this apartment. Thumps up for the hosts.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.
