Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Snyder County

Our stay was super peaceful, cozy, and home like! The home is older and love that type of house this is the place to be! We loved the integrity of the farmhouse! The hosts were super delightful to work with and very responsive!

Beautiful home on a very private road. Unfortunately, we werent there enough, due to other activities we had planned, to enjoy the outside area. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need.

We stayed her just for one night while visiting friends. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is also in a beautiful area. We arrived late and had no issues with check in. I would recommend staying here.

I grew up in Selinsgrove and was back in town to attend a celebration of life. Certainly an emotional and unexpected visit. With that said, the host team for this property is truly a “dream team” - responsive, accommodating and genuine as myself and my group tried our best to enjoy our rare time together - despite our grief. The place (and pictures) speak for itself - who knew this little gem one block from my hometown “downtown” was there? Not many… and the work (from design to finishings) is something that the pictures capture, but do not do justice. I could go on, but I do not want to miss out on this place the next (and every) I go back to my beloved, and increasingly missed, hometown. Best Regards, Bill Graefe

We stayed at this Airbnb for the Bucknell graduation. It’s about 25min away from campus and suited our needs perfectly. Much more affordable for the 6 of us than paying inflated hotel prices. The only downside was one bathroom, but we knew that and planned accordingly. The place was cute and clean and quiet, and the host was awesome and prompt to respond. 5 stars!

The Lazy 8 was a cozy place that was great for getting away. On a rainy day the basement was great for gaming and entertaining. Faylor lake and Lazy 8 was gorgeous. We enjoyed exploring nature and playing disc golf on the day we had good weather. Host himself was responsive and made check in/out smooth.

The house was great! It was close to family we were visiting and for our granddaughters graduation. We were busy but the time at the house was great for family interaction. Judy was a great host, the best. She helped us when needed (our not understanding) and even came to help us when we couldn’t get the Pacers game on TV (again our fault). She had all supplies we needed and breakfast items for us. It was the best experience ever and would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Judy!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with how you took the old house and, keeping the integrity of the place, updated and turned it into a wonderful place to stay. If any of the four of us need to go that way again, we would look forward to returning to your home. One little thing we learned, four people taking showers using both bathrooms and one right after the other, we ran out of hot water. We realized we should have waited a bit for the last two to take their showers but after hiking, we just wanted to get clean! Maybe a little note to that effect would be helpful. Not a big deal, but the girls just rinsed and jumped out of our respective showers very quickly! All in all, a great place to hang out and lay our heads for the night. Many thanks for a wonderful time.

Launa was extremely accommodating while I had to stay in the area while my dad was in the hospital. She allowed me to check in early to drop off my pup and get to the ICU asap. I may use again if I need to come back.

Great stay! Clean, plenty of space, clear instructions, and good communication. Very pleased!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking across the field and watching the goats.

Great stay! My family and I were very grateful for all of the thoughtful drinks, snacks, and comfortable stay after an exhausting day at Hershey Park. We arrived late and (without asking) were told that there was no one checking in right after us, so we could take our time leaving. This was very much appreciated!! House was extremely clean and cozy.

This is my second stay at this home and it is definitely one of my favorites in my travels! I think the house should take pride in how clean and well organized this beautiful home is. It’s spacious and has beautiful decor as well as comfort. Something to also note is how comfortable the beds are.

This was a clean, well-cared for spot, right in town and very convenient for walking to shops nearby for my niece's graduation. Ryan was responsive and helpful in all communications. We would stay here again for sure!

Super easy in and out. Easy parking. I was traveling for work, so an uncomplicated stay was important. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.
