We had such a lovely time at the shepherds hut, a perfectly peaceful and quiet get away - just what we needed! Great location for picturesque walks. We walked along Offas Dyke took 2.5 hrs straight from the hut. The local town had everything you needed only a short drive or 20 min walk away. We grabbed a takeaway pizza from Daphnes which was very delicious. Despite wet weather all weekend it did not dampen our spirits. The covered kitchen was a perfect location to cosy up and watch the thunder and lightning. It had everything you needed to make breakfast. The provided bread, bacon, eggs & milk were a lovely addition. The bed was very very comfy and the hut was clean, tidy & cosy. The hill up to the hut is steep but the provided wheelbarrow helped. Leaving in the rain was hilarious.

Great little cabin, cosy especially with the heater and nice to have the microwave/kettle/toaster to make things a bit easier. The facilities at the campsite were good and there was a nice atmosphere with lots of character. Easy access to coastal walking which is why I was there. Mattresses were comfy and it was nice to have the picnic bench out front. The only downside for me is that the hot water requires coins - Pete made this very clear in advance but I sadly lost my wallet with my 20p in so didn't sample the hot showers. Personally I would prefer to pay £1 extra per day on the booking and not have the hassle of coins. Value for money with 4 occupants would be excellent.

We loved every minute of our stay. Just big enough for 2 adults and our dog. We loved being outside in the private garden, watching the sea with a glass of wine. The dog loved it too, it was very safe and secure. 45mins flat walk, into the town of Barmouth, via the useful instructions left by Hayley. We ate at Dylans (15mins walk, turn right on the main road) and Bay View (6mins walk turn left on the main road) would recommend both, we didn't book and got a table but I would think you'd need to book during high season. Fantastic stay and we will definitely book to come back.

The Cowboys hut was a beautifully made hut in an idyllic location. Danna left a lovely welcome hamper on arrival and the hut was clean and tidy. The log fire kept us toasty and we would love to visit again.

Barnutopia was our 1st glamping experience and a wonderful one too. I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised by the wonderful time we had. The yurts were lovely, the site had fully equipped kitchen, clean restrooms and we could setup fire pits every night. We even met some lovely families. The place was gorgeous with beautiful views. Being able to have a coffee outside on the tables was my favorite part. Katrina was such a helpful and lovely host. She even brought out some toys for the little ones. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxed holiday.

This is our second visit to Meleri's shephards Hut. When we walked in it was spotless and smelt so fresh. We felt so relaxed and at home. Meleri supplies everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are out of this world and the walk up the moutain which is just behind the hut takes your breath away. Meleri has done an amazing job keeping the Hut immaculate. The shephards hut is only a short drive away from Abersoch and the beach is fab if you want a little stroll. We can not wait to come back.

What an absolute gem of a place. Beautiful accommodation in the most peaceful surroundings. The hut was immaculate with plenty of facilities. Sitting in the hot tub with the most amazing views has been delightful. An absolute must to visit to recharge the batteries. Highly recommend this lovely hut - We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights and used it as a base to do lots of hiking in Snowdon national park. It was as described and was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub views were beautiful and made for such a wonderful get away. The only thing we would say, and it doesn’t mark it down at all, but that the freezer ahas ice build up so it makes it hard to really fit anything in so this just needs to be removed. Other than that, we cannot fault anything! We will certainly be back again!

We had the most wonderful time at this little gem of a place The scenery is beautiful 😍 so stunning Lovely walks around the area that have breathtaking views. Peace and quiet was lovely at night and such comfy beds we slept so well. Garden was brilliant for our little yorkie and was secure so we were confident she couldnt run off to see the sheep! The host communication was perfect so helpful and friendly. Processco on arrival was such a wondeful treat we sat drinking while watching the cows grazing We explored the local area Dolgoch falls were stunning. I couldnt fault anything and can't wait to return

This little shepherd's hut was a wonderful getaway and perfect for our weekend in Angelsey. Mark was always responsive and the hut had everything we needed. It was warm, despite the blustery rain we had. We also felt as if it was very private, even though it's very close to the main house. As well as tea and coffee, there were also lots of decaf options (which was great for me, as I'm pregnant), and Mark and his wife were very friendly and helpful. It is a cosy space, so no good if you plan on having loads of luggage. Beautiful surroundings and a short drive to local shops, restaurants and lovely beaches. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed here just for the one night as a last minute booking for my partners birthday. We had such a wonderful time and we were really lucky with the weather! Such a lovely view from the hut, the bathroom is a very small walk from the hut but it wasn’t a problem at all, everything was so clean and comfortable. Lots and lots of information for things to do in the surrounding area which if we’d had another day we would have definitely done! Really enjoyed our stay here, cannot wait to visit again and couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you :)

We had a great 2 night stay at the shepherd's hut. Christine was friendly, provided clear check-in instructions and was flexible with our arrival time. The location is beautiful and so is the hut itself. It has everything you need. Highly recommended!

We booked here for 3 nights ! Absolutely amazing ! It’s our second time and it’s beautiful! Everything about it is just amazing! Can’t fault It ! Kate were brilliant- in fact we love it that much that on the last day we decided to be cheeky and ask if they had another night available and luckily they did. So it ended up a 4 night stay ! Recommend this place to anyone - private, peaceful and even got the lovely sunshine !!!!! Thank you guys for a great stay ! Back soon !
