Good quality down duvets and pillows, electric blankets and safe. Guests have sole use of the spacious downstairs lounge with its own kitchen/dining area, TV and WiFi. Additional option of double room with ensuite bathroom. Message us for availability and additional rates for 1 or 2 extra guests.

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
