Very easy to be in. Our house sits in front of the Tiny house. Parking is in front of house. We live in a very rule area. We are a little over an hour from Yosemite. We set between two lakes Lake Don Pedro and Lake Mcclure. We have neighbors but not close There is a market close by and a Dollar General .

You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. NOTE: We follow recommended Covid-19 cleaning procedures at all times.

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.
