Centrally located ground level condo with great proximity to local restaurants, grocery stores, Silver Mountain Ski Resort, Galena Ridge Golf Course and the trail of the Coeur D'Alene's. Approximately 45 minutes to Lookout Pass Ski and Hiawatha Trail. Thirty-minute drive to Coeur d' Alene. The kitchen includes new cabinetry with lots of cupboard space, Quartz countertops. Washer and Dryer available. This is the place for you if you like Skiing, biking, hiking, and outdoor recreation. (Unit #4)

Only one block to Gondola Silver Mountain Resort

We stayed here for the Silver Kings Hard Enduro race and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The house is quaint and thoughtfully set up to make the most of the space. The location is unbeatable—just minutes on foot to the pits, gondola, grocery store, and a lovely walking path and park right behind the house. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, and the covered carport was a huge plus for my husband to wrench on his dirt bike. We saw other racers working in the street or baking in the sun, so having shade and space made a big difference. The hose was also super handy for washing the bike after each day on the mountain. Inside, the house stayed cool with air conditioning, and having a washer and dryer was a game-changer after long, dusty days. We’d absolutely stay here again for next year’s race—or during ski season at Silver Mountain.

What a cute place to stay! Everything inside is totally remodeled and so it looks really clean and new. The kitchen is well stocked and they have a full set of spices, which was a treat. It is located between Wallace and Kellogg and so perfect for us because we like going back and forth between the two for events and restaurants. Would definitely go back, but hopefully for a much longer vacation.

Really nice little condo made the perfect base camp for our Memorial Weekend exploring the area. The host is helpful and responsive. Parking could get a little bit tricky for larger vehicles. But we have a small SUV so it wasn't a problem for us. If we come back we'll definitely stay here again.

Pros: Tisha's house was clean and tidy. Great value for the money. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and the beds were clean and comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water availability. Considerations: The immediate neighborhood is run down and slightly unsettling from a newcomer perspective. The only real consideration to share was an aggressive neighboring dog racing up to us, but thankfully the owner called it off in time.
