Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. Underdæk er der 2 kahytter og 1 master bedroom samt toilet, bad og musikscene.

Denne særlige bolig ligger tæt på alt, hvilket gør det nemt at planlægge dit besøg. Med en placering lige ved vandet, tæt på restauranter og caféer vil du nyde dut ophold her. Havnebussen (stor gul båd) har afgang 5 min gang fra lejligheden, og den tager dig til at Københavns turistattraktioner. Der er gadeparkering som betales på timebasis men jeg kan tilbyde gæsteparkering på gaden til 50 kr/dag. Lejligheden er lys, ren og moderne og har en indbydende Martin stemning.

This bright and modern flat is perfect for visiting Copenhagen. Sea view from all windows and rooms and a balcony with sun all day. Take the elevator down and jump straight into the refreshing water. Metro a short walk away will take you to the city center within 10 minutes. Bus right outside the door takes you to the central station in 5 minutes. Two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious open kitchen and living room space. Harbor bus stop right next door.
