Holiday rentals with lake access in Slovenia

I'm usually quite reserved to trust reviews that are full of praises, but, in Mojca's case, everything (everything!) was up to the point. Her openness and friendliness touched us all. My family ended up at her place by pure chance on our way to another destination, but we're sure to return. Scenery, activities, food, the place itself and, of course, Mojca. Thank you!

The location is perfect!!! Probably the best in all of Bled. Photos are accurate & the house is very eclectic. Maja was very helpful & flexible with checkin. We could see the house when we were on the island.

Loved it! Very warm & friendly to us and our dog. Place was very well kept and instructions were clear. We would love to stay here when we are back in Bled.

We have stayed in many fantastic Airbnb’s but none of them come close to this apartment! The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful view of Lake Bled and surrounding mountains and very close proximity to the lake and train station.

Pleasant accommodation.

If one need to unwind and reset oneself look no further. Barbara's property is "the place". With views of the Zbilije lake and hundreds of Swans it create a dreamlike ambience. Highly recommend. I surely will return to this amazing property. Barbara is an amazing host.

We had a wonderful stay at Mlino Alpina. The view of the Apartment was really nice and the lake is just a few minutes away. We walked around the whole Lake and used the Restaurant recommendation from Ana. Everthing was perfekt!

I really enjoyed the accommodation of Natalija and her husband. It is very large and I lacked nothing. I was warmly received and felt comfortable from the beginning. I especially remember the shelties, which are fascinating with their kind and I loved it right away. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Apartment is really cool and in a quiet location. It is easy to walk to the lake and also Bled. The provided parking spaces are a cool amenity.

We loved our stay here, honestly one of the most comfortable stays we have had in Slovenia/Croatia, the free use of the bicycles (non-electric) was also fantastic and saved us a lot of hassle and cost. It was also worth noting that they had a good variety of bikes to suit any individual. The kitchen and bathroom were also very clean, modern and well equiped, we were able to cook a few meals here which was very nice, also loved the free wine provided on arrival (even though we didn't finish it). We also made use of the delivered breakfast service (28 Euro for 2) on one morning which came with a very nice selection of local produce. Absolutely loved it, made our stay in Bled very special.

This is located in a lovely residential area of Ljubljana. We felt quite at home at Damjan’s place. Everything was well in order. Loved how well presented the apartment was.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with buses, restaurants, the lake, all close. It is also spacious. We loved it here, but you need to know it could be an issue if you are sensitive to noise. It overlooks a post office that starts work before 6am on weekdays (not weekends). If you close the windows and run the aircon, the noise is greatly diminished. I like fresh air, so the reversing trucks and loud crew were definitely noticeable: but that was my choice. Stanislav was a very responsive host and didn’t tire of an unusually large number of questions from me! So very much appreciated his help. Given my comments about noise, I would still stay here again because of the space in the apartment, the central location and the responsive host. I would just sacrifice my fresh air and keep the windows closed until I got up

We had a really amazing time here! The apartment is wonderful, with two balconies both sun-facing at different times of day, with great views of the Julian Alps. The apartment has great access to Lake Bohinj, Vogel, and various walking routes in the surrounding areas. Katja and her mother were both very welcoming. We will surely be back someday!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s a gem hidden in the background of Lake Bled. 5 minute walk from the lake, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Supermarkets and bakeries within 10 minute walk. Bled bus station and main bus stops like Bled Union all 5-10 minute walks away. They also let us use their bikes for free which was amazing, we cycled all the way around the lake and went to different spots to swim. This was a big highlight. Peaceful and beautiful location. Easy in every way. We would definitely come back here, we loved it. We sat outside each morning for breakfast and saw some deer in the garden too. 5 stars, would absolutely recommend to everybody visiting Bled. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Had a great vacation! The contact with Marija was very pleasant and super nice. The house has everything you need, but the most beautiful thing is the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

The mill is a special place. Vid and his parents made it even more so. I was met by his mother who showed me where everything was, including her beautiful garden that she invited me to use. They had stocked the fridge with more food than I could eat in my week! The next day Vid's father brought some lovely fresh asparagus and sausages and the sweetest blueberries I've ever had. Such lovely welcoming people! Vid responded to questions quickly and kindly set up a visit to a friend's vineyard which was a highlight of the trip. The mill is one of the most peaceful places I've ever stayed. I kept the window open all the time to hear the sound of the river. It's very isolated - which is exactly what I was looking for! My helpful hint would be to not buy groceries before ILY check in because they'd already thought of everything!

The place is a “5-star⭐️”, this is our son's first reaction when we arrive. The beautiful little cottage is a peaceful little “home sweet home” next to an old mill that Tomaz has renovated too. We were treated to fresh little eggs from their chickens and a very good local wine. Beautiful touches, excellent communication with the host whose natural and joyful sharing is felt. The small river and the residents as well as the colorful little hives, this place is just extraordinary. It is like Slovenia, this little green paradise and its authentic inhabitants. We will come back for sure and recommend the places and the host a thousand times.

The house is really beautiful: spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, ideal for relaxing or exploring nature; many interesting attractions are located nearby. Urška was a very kind host, always helpful and attentive. We stayed with a family with children 13 and 8 years old, everyone really liked the accommodation and the well-maintained area around the house. There is a swing and a children's playground for children, a jacuzzi, a barbecue area for meat there are many places to spend time outside and at home. Everything is very well maintained and made with love it is felt in the details. The dishes are new and clean. Highly recommended! We will love to go back again.

Lovely place to stay. Very quiet, good location, easy walk to the lake

We had a wonderful week here, a beautiful view and several places to sit in the shade and or the sun. The house has all the amenities you need. We were received hospitably. The children enjoyed themselves in the garden.

Lovely chalet in Bled. Located no more than a 20 minute walk along the lake to get into the centre where you’ll find places to eat drink and shop. Furnished extremely well inside with comfy beds and a great shower. Bikes available on request too and Bojan gave great recommendations when I asked for them. It was the perfect place to spend 4 nights, exploring Slovenia and a great location as you have the peacefulness and beauty on your doorstep but a short walk and you’ll be in the stunning town of lake bled. The old cellar was a lovely place to eat dinner right on the lake and also Carmen. Would highly recommend and would love to return. Thanks!
