The farmhouse is located in the center of Laholm's older neighborhood, Gamleby. Here you stay a stone's throw from charming Hästtorget. Through the gate from the garden there is close access to the river Lagan which is a popular location for salmon fishing. The guest house is located on the backside of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living area and sleeping places for four. A smaller patio is available at the property. Close to sea, lake, forest, ski resort and Bjärehalvön.

The caretaker

Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was erected almost 100 years ago and the apartment then constituted the residence of the caretaker's family. The apartment has a thoughtful layout with high ceilings, old-fashioned pantry and large closet, which has been renovated with sustainable solutions, earthy colors and high-end matrix choices. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified beddings. The kitchen is well-equipped with stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

Here you have the possibility to create lovely holiday memories that are close to everything. The cottage is located in quiet blocks and has two patios facing a green area to the east. Nearby there are forest, tennis and padel courts, outdoor gym, camping, shop with farmers' market, bakery, mini golf and several restaurants.

Welcome to enjoy summer in this charming and comfortable cottage a stone's throw from the sea! There are amenities like AC, private patio, newly built kitchen and bathroom (2022) and of course skimmedness sewage beach just 100 meters from the door. Bakery, bathing jetty, Ica shop, tennis courts, bike rental and forest walks are all within 10 minutes walking distance. For the excursion alley, Båstad is close (about 8 km) and the host is happy to show a nice bike path there along the waterfront.

Är ni sugna på en utekväll då tar ni er till Pocoloco strandbar, Beach club, Bread and Buter baggeriet som erbjuder lättare rätter eller ta en tur till Båstad.
