Very nice and comfortable house. The view from the window is simply unbeatable, it's a pleasure to meet the sunset. The house has everything you may need. A separate like for the vinyl record player, from it I definitely did not expect to see in the lodge on the mountain. The area around the house is very well equipped, there is a grill and even a separate place for a fire and benches around it. And even near the house there is a vat, which is very convenient and I advise you to try it. The owners are very responsive and welcoming, even brought us a lamp with a battery when there were outages.

It was a wonderful stay. The house is wonderful, with a beautiful view. The house itself has everything you or your children need and even more. Communication with Victoria was great, she kindly allowed us to stay longer in her wonderful house.

Great new house and great host. Warm, beautiful and comfortable, thought out everything for details, immediately there is a love for guests. A great plus is remoteness from the neighbors and perfect cleanliness. I recommend to anyone who will be in this area. ❤️

The holiday in Molfar was just perfect, the house and location in reality are much cooler than in the photos. There you will be in absolute privacy with nature, no unnecessary noises, only you, the forest and the mountains. The hosts have taken care that you don't need anything while relaxing there. The house has all the amenities, the Internet works perfectly for such an area, spring water flows from the tap, which you can really drink and not worry about well-being. Be sure to read the history of the house on instagram, so you will even better feel the vibe of this place. There are several village shops nearby where you will find everything you need, but if you are away for a few days, it is better to buy groceries in the city. I sincerely recommend this place, we fell in love with all our hearts and will definitely come back again!

Very cozy house away from the noise of the city. Nice nature, practically no neighbors around. Quite a large fenced area, our dog had a place to walk. The house has independent heating, constantly maintaining a comfortable temperature. Loved the vat, especially in cold rainy weather. Overall, I really liked it 5/5.

Hello, We stayed for a week at the end of May, I liked everything. Good location, great view, coziness, various recreation area (sauna, hammocks, swings , bicycles, etc.). I really liked the huge swing on the hill of the yard, full of relaxation in the morning and in the evening. Nearby there is a forest for walks, Tustan fortress and a spring with delicious water, as well as the cafe "Korchma in Zen" where you can eat deliciously . Recommended for relaxation. Thanks to the host for hosting.

Great place to stay whether you are by yourself, a couple or a small family. Peaceful, no neighbours - except birds and cat that wanted to keep us company. Host was great - as he called the next day to ask how our stay was and if we had any suggestions. Perfect. I wish we could stay longer

Host Vasyl is a very nice person, helps with everything and responds quickly to any questions. Also, there is a grill on the territory in a chat room and a cool sauna! Price-quality 100%! A good option for an economical holiday with a family. The hosts of the house are extremely friendly, always in touch, offered their help with any questions. Hosts live in the same yard, but they didn't interfere with the rest and the yard is a little secluded. You could always order homemade delicious food for an adequate price and buy homemade milk and eggs. The house is not well renovated, but there is everything you need for your stay, and if something is missing - the hosts will instantly bring it :) The house is for a thrifty getaway for a family or a small group of friends. From the disadvantages: 7 kilometers you have to go on a very bad road. Sometimes I didn't want to go anywhere, so as not to go on that scary road. But for those who, on the contrary, do not want to go anywhere, there is a place around the house where to walk :) Another unpleasant minus - the toilet door does not close until the end, so I do not advise those who need to seclude themselves for toiletries)) Overall, I recommend the house.

We were here on Sunday, everything here is as described. Very cool hosts, helped with everything and were very responsive. Only if they could come back for them. The cabin is as pictured, clean, tidy, great views.
