Holiday home with hot tub and offers many.

Lovely, large, newly renovated (2024) holiday home just 150 meters from the water. The house offers many activities for guests of all ages, including an electric heated hot tub (6 people), table football, pool/billiard table, as well as outdoor dart, ladder golf, and a soccer goal. You are welcome to bring two pets on holiday. A holiday in this house is also about relaxation, and the garden features a fenced terrace where small children can run around safely. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a grill, and part of it is covered, so you can sit outside even if the weather is not at its best. The garden also has several cozy corners, sun loungers, a sandbox, and swings with slides for the smaller children. The house is bright and welcoming, with a lovely kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooktops, a range hood, a separate convection oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, and a separate chest freezer. In the living room, there is a large dining table near the kitchen and a lovely sofa corner, a Smart TV with Chromecast, and free high-speed internet (500/500). There is also a bioethanol fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds. In two of the rooms, there are bunk beds above the double beds. The house is suitable for 8 adults and 2 children. The house features a lovely bathroom with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating, as well as a guest toilet – also with underfloor heating. There is also underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen, and hallway areas. The house is primarily heated by district heating. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is almost a must if you're traveling with children. Outside, there is parking for the car and also a charger for an electric car. A playground, multi-court, and mini-golf are located just about 250 meters from the house. Not far from the house, you’ll find a cozy harbor area with shops and restaurants. The holiday home is located on the picturesque island of Fur in the Limfjord. The ferry between Fur and Branden runs all day – 72 times a day. The crossing takes about 4 minutes, and there is no need to book tickets in advance. Fur is known for fossils, steep cliffs, and beautiful views of the land and fjord. A landscape shaped by diatoms, volcanic ash, ice, water, and humans. Fur is also famous for its beers, as the groundwater on Fur is uniquely suited for brewing beer.

Relax in this unique and quiet home with panoramic views of the Limfjord and the harbor. Private path to the water and with Morse's best beach. The rent is inclusive of consumption. At the harbor, there is a summer restaurant, Cafe Sillerslev Havn. There are two rooms. Large bright kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, everything you need in a kitchen, in connection with the living room. Terrace just outside. From the living room, there is access to a large covered terrace with lighting, garden furniture and a large lawn.

There is inlaid fiber network 200/200 mbit Smart TV with satellite dish. Electricity is charged separately at DKK 4 per kW. Water settled 75, - DKK per m3 The cleaning fee goes to pool cleaning. Wash the floors and cleaning of bathrooms. As well as cleaning the kitchen and all surfaces. Oven and grill should be cleaned after use

Cozy and bright house near the water

Bright, simple and cozy tiny house near the water! With parking just in front. Fully equipped kitchen. Terasse with sun from morning to evening. You can make BBQ on the Weber grill. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the habour with fresh fish dishes and another 5 minutes to the grocery store. This is a very nice summerhouse area. Don't hesitate if you have any questions! On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwestern corner of Limfjorden is Oldes Hytte. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.

Den flotteste udsigt inkl. rengøring

Skønt beliggende sommerhus på 66 m2, med flot udsigt over Limfjorden og Venø. Huset ligger i et roligt sommerhusområde og kun 5 min. gang til stranden, hvor der fra maj - september måned er sat en badebro op. Der er 7 sovepladser, men huset er bedst egnet til familier på 2 voksne og 2-4 børn. Der lejes ikke ud til ungdomsgrupper og til fester. I jsko,ernes sommerferie lejes huset kun ud i min. 1 uge, lørdag -lørdag.
