Ideally located at the foot of the slopes facing the main ski lift. All shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Appartement de 4 personnes, situé au pied des pistes de la station De ski de Chaillol, au pied du parc national des écrins et au départ de nombreuses randonnées. Exposé versant sud avec une magnifique vue sur toute la vallée du champsaur. A 10 mn du plan d’eau du champsaur et des activités de la vallée . Le logement est composé d’un coin nuit séparé ,avec lit 2 personnes. Ainsi que 2 lits superposés . Un séjour cuisine équipé de plaque induction, machine nespresso, combiné four micro onde.

In the family resort of Ancelle, beautiful new apartment with a bedroom and a mountain corner (alcove with bunk beds without door), on the ground floor of a wealthy residence, overlooking a terrace and a small garden. Opposite the Chategré chairlift and a 5-minute walk to the village and shops. Ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Well-equipped and comfortable. Private cellar for bikes and skis. Elevator. Parking space. This apartment can accommodate people with reduced mobility.

New 3-bedroom apartment at the foot of the slopes – mountain view

60 m2 apartment at the foot of the slopes: toboggan run 30 m away and 1st ski lift 10 m from the exit of the ski lockers! Quiet north side with panoramic mountain views. 2nd and top floor with elevator. 2 bedrooms: one with double bed (160 x 200), one with bunk beds + one single bed. A living room with a large sofa bed (140 x 200 bed + mattress topper available) and a fully equipped adjoining kitchen: dishwasher, stove, fridge, oven, coffee maker... Wide choice of hikes.

Mountain Chalet

This is my chalet (car and eco-construction) in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 bed) on the garden level and another (140 bed too) upstairs. Special attention has been paid to the choice of materials used (wood wool/hemp insulation, flooring on the walls...) and the situation of the house. The equipment is simple, without a microwave or dishwasher. Note that I sometimes stay in a studio located under the cottage.

Il dispose d'1 chambre indépendante, d'1 coin montagne et de 2 salles de bain avec 2 wc ; kit bébé dispo sur demande. Très grand balcon amenagé, idéal en famille ou entre amis. Local skis /vélos privé

We live within the outer bounds of the National Parc des Ecrins. The biggest National Parc in the Alps in Europe. Our region is called "Le Champsaur" Ideal for hiking, biking, trekking, canoeing.
