Nestled on the edge of the Cleveland Way is where you'll find Field View just a short drive to the coastal towns of Saltburn-By-The-Sea and Whitby or the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors with places like Goathland where Heartbeat was filmed, Staithes to name but a few. We are dog friendly. There is a local pub called the Miners Arms just around the corner, or if you prefer the high street is only a short drive where you'll find pubs and cafes, some are also dog friendly so worth checking out.

Perfect for walks in the North Yorkshire moors, or staying in catching up with friends or family. Well behaved Pets are welcome at the cottage and there is private parking spaces for your convenience.

Just on the outskirts of the Victorian Spa town of Saltburn you are ideally placed within approx. 2 min in the car with all its' amenities or a short drive to the North Yorkshire moors and coastline. The lodge is nestled overlooking Skelton estates and the Cleveland hills and is home to rare breed sheep and poultry. The property benefits from private parking.

Hillfoot Cottage is a cosy and comfortable 350 yr old cottage which began life as a pig sty in the quiet country village of Yearby, near Redcar. Offering peace and tranquility with local walks on your doorstep. Located a short drive to the seaside town of Redcar and Market town of Guisborough, within 1/2 hours drive to the North York Moors National Park and Whitby and within 1 hours drive to the Yorkshire Dales. An abundance of wild birds are to be found in the gardens of our cottage.

The property is the ideal location for exploring North Yorkshire. 15 to 30 mins from the North Yorkshire Moors, Redcar and Saltburn beaches, Roseberry topping and Whitby. It’s ideal for family breaks, mini breaks and perfect for walkers. A free 2 hour high street parking disk is provided, plus free parking 6pm till 8am daily. Other times up to £4 a day.
