Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

The house is located in a child-friendly residential area close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa.
