Come and stay in our apartment with the most comfortable bed in Umeå (see reviews)! The location looks like a typical Swedish village but it is only 8 km from the city centre. The apartment comes with separate entrance and free parking space. We are nearby and available to help with any questions or requests. The apartment is one room of 30 square meters including kitchen and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Unfortunately we do not host guests who are smokers.

Perfect both for a few days of relax and tourism and for those traveling on business. You can leave the car at the door and get everywhere on foot, since the apartment is just 2 minutes from the center. Even when the right conditions you can spot the northern lights just 100 meters from the apartment!

För dig som söker företagsboende kan vi erbjuda denna möblerade lägenhet. Här bor ni till självhushåll i den lilla byn Vistträsk, med lanthandel tvärs över gatan. I utkanten av byn finns obemannad tankstation. I lägenheten, som är på bottenplan finns fyra sovrum. Lägenheten är en av tre i ett hyreshus där gästerna delar tvättstuga. Parkering finns precis utanför huset.

Lägenhet på övervåningen i en tvåfamiljsvilla i ett lugnt område. Trevlig promenadväg intill älven just utanför. Lägenheten har två sovrum där det finns en 120-säng och en 90-säng i båda. Centrala stan finns drygt en kilometer bort, ca en kvarts promenad. Självständig incheckning med kodlås på dörren och egen trappa upp till lägenheten.

This is a large one room apartment. Located 1,4 km from Umeå Universitetssjukhus, about 100 meters from Umeå Älven and about 700 meters from the city center. It resides on a calm street in a well sought after part of Umeå. Nearby you can find cafes, restaurants, nightlife and much more.

Nice apartment in Öjebyn in a very quit area with no neighbors. It is on second floor and free parking. Only 10 minutes walking to food store and Café. 7 minutes till central city Piteå with car. You have walking distance to church and other tourist attractions nearby.

Room with two beds in house

Room in my house with two beds, own toilet, shared kitchen and shower. I might be home, or not. Dog is living in the house, don't be allergic. She's really the best dog there is, very kind, makes no fuzz. If I'm not home, neither is dog.
