Silence and amazing views!

Treat yourself in our beautifully quiet cottage. The house is the second last house on a cul-de-sac. So only views and absolute silence. The well-known Gendarmsti trail passes by down on the beach. Possibility for many beautiful walks & bike rides close to the cottage and on Broager land. Sønderborg and Gråsten are only 13 km away and the border 26 km. Bedroom in the house, and 2-person sofa bed in the annex. There may be room for 2 more to sleep on the fold-out beds in the house, if you can accept it. P.S. Electricity consumption/briquettes are settled upon departure.

Bright and delicious home on 2 levels. The property is beautifully close to Nybølnor. The home is connected to Nybølnorstien, and close to Gendarmstien. There is a private terrace and garden with a fire pit. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the forest and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. The brickwork museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mølle and Historiecenter "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Univers 25 km. Flensborg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km. EXCEPTIONEL BELIGGENHED. Herskabslejlighed perfekt beliggende ved Sønderborgs gamle havnebassin - midt mellem Sønderborg Slot og Chr. X’s bro med udsigt til Dybbøl Mølle. Hvis I forventer perfekthed i alle detaljer, så undlad venligst at booke denne bolig…😉 Det er ikke et 4-5 stjernet hotel, jeg har ikke håndværkere, som kan løse ethvert problem med få timers varsel, og rengøringen kan overse småting. Ligesom hjemme hos jer selv🥰🤷‍♂️ Men… Jeg gør mit bedste - det kan I være sikre på😊❤️☀️

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.
