The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

The Little House

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guest house you have everything you need for vacation or just a bed for the night. Here there is tranquility in the countryside but there are short distances to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed but we can bed with extra mattresses for up to 4. Note: The upper floor is a sleeping loft with a rather narrow and steep staircase. Private patio and shared garden with the host. Welcome❤️

Guesthouse near the sea

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Guesthouse 28 sqm outside Trelleborg

Just outside Trelleborg we rent out our guesthouse of 25sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to nearest beach and grocery store. 6km to Trelleborg center. Close to nature, cozy and quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is extra mattress and couch. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea maker are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down on the property and there is parking available for guests.

Guest apartment at Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Du har bra pendlingsmöjligheter både till Malmö, Höllviken och Trelleborg samt gratis parkeringsmöjligheter endast några meter bort. Egen uteplats i väster där du kan njuta av solen större delen av dagen och närhet till Kämpinge strand. Luftkonditionering med behagligt inomhusklimat vinter som sommar. Närhet till restauranger och mysiga utflyktsmål.

Home in genuine four-long farm

Relax in this gently renovated late 19th century home. It is located in one of the lengths of a classic Skåne four-length farm. The courtyard is partly cobbled and in the center stands the nursing tree. You can hike along the Ståstorpsån which flows through our lands. To Höllviken's white stands, it takes only 15 minutes by car. Trelleborg is 7 minutes away with shops and restaurants. This is a small oasis in the middle of Söderslätt's agricultural landscape

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by grain fields. We are outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo as well as the whole of Söderslätt. Strictly renovated guesthouse for up to 4 persons. Note: The house is 24 sqm, has a double bed of 180 cm and a sofa of 140 cm. The house is ideal for 2 people but 4 sts can stay. There is a separate bathroom with shower and simpler kitchen.
