Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Skala Sotiros

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern – stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ruhige Lage und die tolle Terrasse, perfekt zum Entspannen. Gleichzeitig ist man aber auch super zentral und schnell überall. Klare Empfehlung!

Πολύ όμορφος, καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος χώρος. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, ήσυχη και με πολύ όμορφη θέα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πάντα διαθέσιμος και μας εντυπωσίασε με το δώρο που μας έκανε την ημέρα της αναχώρησης, ήταν δώρο από καρδιάς και τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

The appartment/studio was clean and had everything we needed: a bed, small kitchen, fridge, shower and small private balcony for breakfast. The host was very nice and even cleaned our trash out during our stay. Thassos is a beautiful island and this airbnb was located super close to the sea and many restaurants. Hotel Stefanos next door was a great place for a late drink with live music and karaoke nights! The bed was quite hard/firm but everything else was absolutely perfect!

We’re a family with a young child coming from a big city, and this place was exactly what we needed! It’s quiet, convenient, and surrounded by nature. The large patio was a big highlight — perfect for relaxing while the little one played safely. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to other families looking for peace and space in beautiful Potos!

Se spune ca “nicaieri nu-i ca acasa” dar aici, ne-am simtit extraordinar de bine, la fel ca la noi acasa. O splendoare sa-ti servesti cafeaua pe terasa, auzind valurile marii si avand ocazia sa privesti rasaritul si apusul ! Multumim Donatella pentru toata amabilitatea ta si abia astept sa ma reintorc ! 🤗

Karakteri ve tarihi olan bir ev. Belki bazılarına kasvetli gelebilir ama ailem ve benim için güzel bir deneyimdi. Antika eşyalar mevcut. Mutfakta sadece yağ eksikti. Evin taştan bir avlusu vardı. Kahvaltı için güzel bir alan var ama arılarla ilgili önlem almalısınız. Keşke resimlerdeki gibi bir zeytinliğin içinde olsaydı ama bu da yetti.

Très bon logement et hôte t’es accueillante. Elle nous a répondu rapidement lorsque nous avions des questions et était très flexible en fonction de nos « contraintes ». Nous recommandons fortement !

Aile dostlarımızla toplam 7 kişi harika 4 gün geçirdik ev fiziksel olarak yeterli derecede geniş, her odaya ait banyo ve tuvaleti mevcut , evin manzarası harika denizi görüyor bi en üst katta kaldık, huzur dolu yemyeşil orman içinde sadece kuş cıvıltılarının duyulduğu bir yerde evi bulmakta biraz zorlandık navigasyonu , karayoluna cephe Esperides hotele kurun hotelin hemen yanından toprak yoldan dalın içeri , yukarı dümdüz devam , karşınızda 3 katlı villa çıkıyor her katını ayrı ayrı kiraya veriyorlar , klimalar tv bu dolabı çalışır durumda ev pırıl pırıl , tavsiye ederim

Einfach perfekt – absolute Empfehlung! Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft – super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Herzblut drinsteckt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Vermieter: so herzliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Menschen! Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Beautiful view.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. However, the surrounding neighbors were quite loud, with yelling around midnight and again in the early morning hours, which made it difficult to get restful sleep.

konutta güvenle kaldık, tertemizdi. Giriş günü için yeterli su ve temel ihtiyaç malzemeleri vardı. Gezilecek yerlere mesafesi uygun, yokuş yukarı yürümek dışında herşey mükemmel, bir de ev sahibinin eşinin ikram ettiği revani harikaydı :) .

Evin konumu mükemmel bir noktada. Bir sokak önünüzde çok güzel bir plaj ve 5 dakika yürüme mesafesi uzaklığında çarşı var. Gün içinde, akşam veya gece dışarı çıkmak için çok güzel bir konumda. Eve giriş çok kolaydı ancak arabanızı park etme konusu çok rahat değil. Ev çıkmaz bir sokakta ve bazen arabayı park etmek için yer oluyor ya da olmuyor. Onun dışında her şeyi çok sevdik. Ev sahibinin iletişimi çok güzeldi. Tekrardan tercih edeceğimize inanıyorum.

Helen'in evinde eşim ve 5 yaşındaki kızım ile 5 gece konakladık. Gerçekten kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ev çok temizdi, eşyalar yeni sayılırdı. Herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Gün batımında eşimle oturup birşeyler içebildiğimiz bize özel çok güzel deniz manzaralı bir bahçemiz vardı. Kızım bahçede Helen'in köpeği Loulou ile oynarken çok mutlu oldu. Ailecek çok güzel vakit geçirdiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Ev sahibimiz Helen'i sadece eve ilk giriş yaptığımız gün gördük, üst katta oturmasına rağmen bir daha da hiç karşılaşmadık. Helen insanlara kendi evlerindeymiş gibi hisetmeleri için elinden geleni yapıyor. Herkese bu deneyimi gönülden tavsiye ederim.

Мястото изглежда точно както е на снимките - големи, комфортни спални, прекрасна гледка към морето от балкона, просторна дневна и добре оборудвана кухня, външно барбекю, място за паркиране до къщата. Домакинята е много приятна и отзивчива дама. Чистота беше на нужното ниво. Намира се в самото начало на селото, не е много близо, но не е и толкова отдалечено от плажовете, ние така или иначе бяхме с автомобили. В селото има малък хранителен магазин, 2 ресторанта с много добри цени, както и пекарна и магазини за риба и месо. Не ни липсваше нищо :)

Die Unterkunft von Penelope und ihrer Mutter war wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung (insbesondere auch das große, bequeme Bett, der viele Platz in den Schlafzimmerschränken für die Kleidung und die Küche) und ein Garten, den unsere Tochter zum Spielen geliebt hat und in dem wir sehr oft gegrillt haben. Eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind in Laufentfernung. Penelope war immer schnell zu erreichen, super freundlich und hat uns klasse Tipps, u.a. für Restaurants gegeben. Ihre Mutter, die vor Ort im selben Gebäude wohnt, hat sich lieb aber unaufdringlich um unsgekümmert und ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung, wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen!!

The apartment is amazing - sparkling clean, nice view, spacious enough and provides all the necessary amenities. Harris is responsive and kind. The host has even offered welcome gifts which was impressing. The self check-in and out as well as the easy parking outside the house made our stay convenient. I totally recommend this place and will be soon back.

Gittiğimizde Hristo bizi karşıladı ve arabamız için ucretsiz park yeri ayarladı.Diger günler için de park sıkıntısı yasamamamiz için kart verdi.Sehirde bir tur gezdirip yemek yemek için ve kahve içmek için uygun mekanlari gösterdi.Ev konum olarak en tepede mükemmel bir manzara ve bahçeye sahip.Olganin yetiştirdiği çiçekler salıncağı ile harika zaman geçirmek mümkün.Eve ulaşmak için eski sokaklarda harika resimler cekebilirsiniz.Hristo çok sıcak kanlı ve bir sorun olduğunda hemen cevap veren biri.Tatil bitiminde bavullarimiz ile tekrar bizi arabanıza bıraktı.Bu güzel tatil icin Hristo ve ailesine teşekkür ederiz.

Elftheria m’a rendu un grand service en retrouvant mon porte-monnaie perdu! En plus d’offrir un appartement parfait , c’est une personne d’exception. Je recommande sans hésitation!

The view from the apartment is fantastic and having a large covered terrace really makes it a great place to stay. We spent a week there and felt at home. Slept well as it’s quiet at night with a comfortable bed. We loved Kavala and found a great local taverna and a bakery nearby. Thanks Anna

Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Το σπιτι ειναι υπέροχο και προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Ο οικοδεσποτης (Γρηγόρης) ηταν εξαιρετικός και άμεσος στην επικοινωνία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και σιγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε

I must say it's very nice appartment with everything needed for a stay in Kavala. Sparkling clean, modern and without clutter. The neighborhood is quiet and without any issues to park a car. So highly recommended.

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again. Very cozy apartment with a wonderful terrace, and great view to the town and the sea. Close to the center, bakeries, restaurants and walking area along the sea. Maria is a great great host, always supportive - thank you. We would love to come back.
