Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Skala Sotiros

The house was very nice. The backyard was very sweet and comfortable. The host communicated well and helped us. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. There were thoughtful details in the house. We were very pleased.

Great place and great host. We had to leave early but we enjoyed it. It was clean and tidy and there was available parking.

The appartment/studio was clean and had everything we needed: a bed, small kitchen, fridge, shower and small private balcony for breakfast. The host was very nice and even cleaned our trash out during our stay. Thassos is a beautiful island and this airbnb was located super close to the sea and many restaurants. Hotel Stefanos next door was a great place for a late drink with live music and karaoke nights! The bed was quite hard/firm but everything else was absolutely perfect!

They say “nowhere like home” but here, we had a great time, just like at our home. A splendor to serve your coffee on the terrace, hearing the waves of the sea and having the opportunity to watch the sunrise and the sunset ! Thank you Donatella for all your kindness and I can't wait to come back ! 🤗

The place was very clean, with a beautiful seaview and quiet and nice neighbourhood. Very generous free street parking space. We will come back in our next vacation in Kavala.

A lovely home situated to a beautiful village with great views to the surrounding mountains. A perfect place for relaxing and escape from the urban jungle. Konstantinos was a very helpful and friendly host. Overall a great stay!

It was a pleasure to stay in Vasiliki's house, the location is good, the building is new, the decoration is very cute, there were clean towels and linens, the necessary equipment that guests may need is provided, communication with the host was always great. Although the apartment is in a semi-basement, it gets very good sunlight. The garden of the house is incredibly pleasant and peaceful. We have stayed in Thassos before and this was the most enjoyable place, we will definitely stay here again! 🌸☀️🏝️

The house was in the most beautiful place of Kavala. The location was great. It was within walking distance to town, pier, grocery store,cafes and restaurants. The house was very clean and modern. The view from the balcony and terrace was magnificent. We were very satisfied.

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

An excellent location, spacious and equipped with everything you need to feel good. Very discreet hosts but at the same time attentive to the needs of the guests. A good place where I would return like home☺️

Christos is a great host. His wife's apple pie welcomed us :) Great studio flat with everything you need. Private garage is a big plus. I highly recommend Christos's flat to stay in Kavala.

We had a wonderful stay with sea sounds, a sea of flowers, sunrise without heat in the room and a great evening atmosphere right by the sea. From time to time, even the goats come by ☺️ simply pure relaxation. The hosts are very friendly and always available. We will be happy to come back.

The place looks exactly as it is in the pictures - large, comfortable bedrooms, wonderful sea view from the balcony, spacious living and well equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecue, parking space next to the house. The hostess is a very pleasant and helpful lady. Cleanliness was on the right level. It's at the very beginning of the village, not very close, but it's not that remote from the beaches, we were by cars anyway. There is a small grocery store in the village, 2 restaurants with very good prices, as well as a bakery and fish and meat shops. We didn't lack for anything :)

Our 8-day stay in Yannis' apartment was great. The apartment is cozy, modern and purposefully furnished and corresponded 100% to the photos. The large terrace overlooking the bathing bay of Atspas is the highlight, and the bay can be reached in a few minutes' walk via a somewhat steeper footpath. Yannis is a perfect and friendly host and was always easy to reach for us. Even without a dishwasher and washing machine (which we knew before!), one of the best airbnb apartments we've ever been to!!!

It was a great stay. The place was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The morning coffee with that amazing view on the balcony was great! The host was friendly and helpful, they responded very fast. We will strongly recommend to our family, friends and everyone! :)

The apartment is amazing - sparkling clean, nice view, spacious enough and provides all the necessary amenities. Harris is responsive and kind. The host has even offered welcome gifts which was impressing. The self check-in and out as well as the easy parking outside the house made our stay convenient. I totally recommend this place and will be soon back.

The view from the apartment is fantastic and having a large covered terrace really makes it a great place to stay. We spent a week there and felt at home. Slept well as it’s quiet at night with a comfortable bed. We loved Kavala and found a great local taverna and a bakery nearby. Thanks Anna

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

I must say it's very nice appartment with everything needed for a stay in Kavala. Sparkling clean, modern and without clutter. The neighborhood is quiet and without any issues to park a car. So highly recommended.

Great location in the heart of the city. Felt very secure with the dedicated parking and what a view over the city. Completely recommend staying here!
